Lovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

The room environment is good, and the handsome guy at the front desk has very good service. My order has not yet arrived at the hotel, but the handsome guy has already started making arrangements. It was a great experience when I went to Hefei for the first time. I will definitely stay here again if I go there in the future.

I have to admit that the hotel's service attitude is very good, the venue is large, there are endless wheat fields everywhere, can drive off-road vehicles and cartoon three-wheeled motorcycles, the children have a good time, and there are concerts in the evening. The only two shortcomings 1. The homestay is a common problem, the sanitation is not good, the toilet seat is dirty, but fortunately, I have always had the habit of bringing my own disposable toilet pad. 2. The safety exit sign is pressed above the door frame, and it can't be closed at night. Green light, there are pictures, which affect sleep very much, and it is also very embarrassing. After negotiation, one day's room fee was waived as compensation, but the electricity fee was charged. All sorts of annoying processes, I didn't check in until 3 o'clock in the afternoon that day, and took the children to wait for a few hours outside the community! Later, I called to threaten to give praise... Ctrip's customer service ladies are not easy. They coordinated and called countless times. When they met such an ignorant landlord, in order not to affect the child's exam, I had nothing but to say! However, the apartments provided later were not far from the school, the hardware facilities and environment were good, but the apartments did not have any services. The landlord said that all the apartments in Hefei every day belong to his family, and it’s not wrong to make money, but in general I believe that everyone is unwilling to find a business without integrity and quality
