It has to be noted that staff at reception were friendly and trying very hard. However, even though having begged for a quiet room I find myself in the second try of room which is still terribly noisy right next to construction site with ongoing noise even past midnight. I have an important work meeting tomorrow and am unable to get sleep due to the terrible racket outside I have called reception numerous times. However they say after the second room they’ve given to me which was as noisy as the first one. Apparently they have no option of more quiet room even though I offered to pay whatever money to get an upgrade. I am even contemplating moving Hotels in the middle of the night, as I said staff were friendly and I asked them about the other side of the hotel. However, that one would be facing the train station. Apparently that’s even more noisy and also gives you vibrations so if you can choose a different hotel rather walk further to the train station, but what’s the use of spending money for a hotel where you get no sleep

Sehr schönes neues Hotel in Heidelberg in der Bahnstadt. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Rooftop Bar und das Restaurant. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und es ist "fast" alles super durchdacht. Einziges Manko bei uns - die Lüftung hat noch nicht funktioniert und es kam die ganze Nacht extrem warme Luft. Leider konnte man das Fenster nicht lange geöffnet lassen, denn dann war durch die ständigen Bahnansagen und die einfahrenden Züge nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Würde auf jeden Fall das nächste Mal darauf achten. Die Bar im EG ist super, wenn man auch nur ein kleines Frühstück möchte, ist hier alles vorhanden. Alles in Allem würden wir wieder kommen - wenn alles fertig ist :-)

Neues Hotel in Heidelberg, nur eine Gehminute vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ideal zum neueröffneten Heidelberger Congress Centrum. ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig, modern, geschmackvoll und zeitlos eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten tolles Bettzeug. Eine Restaurant und eine Bar auf der 15 Etage. Sehr stylish und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf Heidelberg. Das Frühstück ist extrem umfangreich, hochwertig und lecker. Und man hat auch den tollen Ausblick! Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich eine tolle Alternative in Heidelberg.

Bereicherung für Heidelberg! Schnelle Autobahnanbindung,Bahnhof fußläufig. Funktional eingerichtete Zimmer, Holz und warme Farbtöne vermitteln eine angenehme Atmosphäre! Highlight im 15.Stock sind die Bar mit Raucherlounge,Terrasse und das Restaurant! Modern,elegante zum Teil urbane Ausstattung,auch hier vermitteln warme Farbtöne und bequeme Sitzmöbel eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre! Die Speisekarte beinhaltet FineDinning,Crossover, Urban Kitchen, eine gute Auswahl! Das Essen war sehr gut, frische und ausgewählte Zutaten,schnörkellos auf dem Teller präsentiert, der Geschmack steht im Vordergrund! Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen herzlich, freundlich,aufmerksam und kompetent, bitte weiter so!!! Wünsche dem Hotel viel Erfolg und viele Gäste! Komme gerne wieder!!!!
