Good location in the middle of central street. Clean sheets, hot water, room warm. Nearby restaurants. The best of which I found was just a few doors away....a lamb hotpot. Western/Russian food was just so so I the 2 restaurants which are listed nearby. The morning market is mainly produce n household items..... Not many street food sellers.

Pretty conveniet location, clean and tidy room. The service is both understanding and eager to help.
Room's utilities were refreshed each and every day.
The only downside is poor sound isolation, so we could hear what's going on outside our room pretty much all the time.

Очень хороший отель. Персонал отзывчивый, внимательный. Рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Утренний рынок тоже рядом. В номерах тепло и уютно.

這次來黑河主要是去俄羅斯在這裏住了一個晚上把皮箱寄存在這然後去的俄羅斯回來後又住了一個晚上還不錯。
設施：房間設施齊全。
衞生：挺乾淨的。
服務：這的服務人員都特別熱情。
地理位置也好去哪裡都方便。

連鎖酒店唯一的好處就是衞生乾淨整潔，服務熱情，離江邊很近，走路五六分鐘就能到，離酒店很近有一個俄式西餐廳，列娜餐廳，強烈推薦，性價比很高！定的家庭房，大床很大，目測足足寬2米，非常適合親子出行

入住時房間很還可以。
需要打掃房間時，地板都沒擦乾淨！不是很仔細！
電梯門口其它客人丟的垃圾一天沒人收拾。
交通位置還算方便！
