Premier Inn Heilbronn City Centre Hotel

Great reasonably priced hotel which is very close to the city centre. Car parking right next to the hotel. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and breakfast good. Have stayed twice already while travelling through Germany and will be staying again soon.

Sadly the staff at the desk wasnt helpful, ignored my wish and thus i had to talk to the manager about changing the room. They gave me a room without a curtain, and didnt want to offer me any other. I could have left that minute but decided to stay the night, without sleep because the light did shine into the room.

Too bad they don't pay attention that you are a member of the hotel chain? I missed the extra attention as a member .empty fridge .the television that doesn't work .then are the points when you arrive at your hotel after a long ride you can relax in your room . it is a nice hotel but I missed just that extra thing and that is just the lolalty program that you are a member of and count on that something extra .after the desk found out no extra action was taken ..only room no TV .the bed and room were great

Excellent place to stay and thr breakfast was out of this world. Fresh juices and yogurts. Rhe assortment of rolls was amazing and you can make various types of coffees on their machine. The bed was super confortable and I had a view at the main tower. The bathroom was a good size and I was in love with the water pressure. I will definitely return.

Das Hotel als solches ist ganz nett, schön eingerichtete Lobby, der Barman sehr freundlich, das Frühstück nicht üppig aber gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Bad hochwertig, die Ausstattung ist an mehreren Stellen mit komischen Panelen "erweitert" worden ohne dass es irgend einen Sinn machen würde. Das Zimmer war sehr leise und ich habe gut geschlafen. Was überhaupt nicht zufriedenstellend war ist die Tatsache, dass ein Check-In zwei persönliche Vorsprechen ohne Erfolg Bedurfte um dann wieder an HRS verwiesen zu werden. Das Personal ist nur überhaupt nicht mit der Software vertraut sondern auch noch unglaublich unfähig und dabei auch noch frech. Original-Zitat "was glauben sie wieviel XXXXX wir im System haben" UNTERIRDISCH!!! Ich habe ingesamt mindestens 30 Minuten für den Check-in benötigt. Auch eine Rechnng per Mail bekam ich erst nach dreimaligen Nachhaken per Telefon. NIE WIEDER werde ich dort hingehen. Da hat ja IBIS noch mehr Service!

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, seit neuestem im Billig-Segment. Klare Vorschriften: Meine erste Nacht war über ein Veranstaltungskontingent gebucht worden, die zweite zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zu einem höheren Preis. Kurz: Ich konnte das nicht einfach bezahlen, sondern durfte mich mehrfach an der Rezeption einfinden… Die Klimaanlage war nicht in Betrieb, das Zimmer war heiß und muffig.
