Hotel - Gasthof Opel Heinersreuth Absage nach bestätigung! Nach ein telefonische bestätigung von unsere Buchung werde mich gebeten meine adresse und name in ein email zu schreiben da ich es leider nicht gut aussprechen konnte. Dann nach einige Tage eine absage,......ohne Grund oder Erklärung. Angeblich war unsere email in der Spam gekommen, was eigentlich nicht möglich ist da es über die eigene Webseite geschrieben war, eine übernachtung sollte 135 euro kosten womit wir einverstanden warenTelefonisch war es bestätigt,.... ich musste nur noch unsere Daten bestätigen pro email, und dann kam die absage, ein komisches verhalten und mit sicherheit nicht Kundenfreundlich! Nach nachfrage wieso warum, NIE WIEDER was gehört! so geht man nicht mit sein Kunden/Gäste um, meine meinung nach, (entschuldigung für mein Deutsch ich bin Holländerin) Das system fragt wan wir da waren,.... Buchung war in Juni 2022 und wir wollten da übernachten in August 2022, das hat dann leider nicht geklappt...

Nach ein telefonische bestätigung von unsere Buchung durch die Inhaberin Frau Katrin Opel selbe (ein nicht unbedingt freundliche persönlichheit), dann nach einige Tage eine absage,...... Angeblich war unsere email in der Spam gekommen, was eigentlich nicht möglich ist da es über das eigene Portal ihre webseite geschrieben war, sie hat sich denke anders entschieden! eine übernachtung sollte 135 euro kosten womit wir einverstanden waren, wir hatten ein besuchtermin in Heinersreuth und wollten nur da schlafen, aber Frau Katrin Opel hat sich warum auch immer auf einmal anders entschieden, Telefonisch war es aber durch sie bestätigt,.... Sehr komisches verhalten und mit sicherheit nicht Kundenfreundlich!
