Shilo Inn & Suites Helena-Airport

The rooms bathroom smelt moldy. The lobby was completely tore apart, and the hot tub and pool are closed until further notice which is one of the reasons why I booked this hotel is for the hot tub and was very disappointed.

Ok so this motel is a bit of false advertising. In the way that the photos on the site make it seem a lot better then it is.....checkin was ok, however being owned by indians there was a unique smell of garlic??? The hallway again another smell hits you, and then the room another, then the bathroom smelt like they use 100% bleach to clean with. There was sauce or something dried up on the light switch and hair dryer...GROSS!! The sink is in the main room not the bathroom the bathroom is the toilet and shower.....probably why yhey dont show photos of the bathrooms!! Parking is ok, however there were three vehicles with there back windows smashed out of them so that made me peronoid all night....lucky for me my vehicle was fine in the am. This is o e of thise cases where i would pay 20-30$$ more for a better motel. Its o e of thise cases where you get what you pay for so pay the extra and stay somewhere nicer, youll thank me for the advice.

This hotel was adequate for the price! We found it comfortable enough for our one night stay travelling through.

There was no breakfast. The pool was no functional. The area was a bit sketchy . We wrbt to check out at 7:30 and no one was there to answer. There was a stale ick smell in the room. We asked for extra towels and they didn't deliver them. The water pressure was bad.

While this hotel could not be classified as a resort hotel it could use considerable "good" maintenance. Too many things really need some help simply they have been created by sloppy maintenance. workmanship is of very poor quality and in many cases should not have been done in that manner at all. Another point - this is absolutely the first hotel I have stayed at where there is no coffee available in the lobby area or somewhere else. The only coffer available is the little pots in the room. Overall this hotel needs some work. It's questionable whether we will ever use this hotel again.

The poor guy is trying but the cost to keep it running are high. Nothing works but he was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. We will stay there again for that reason. It's hard everywhere now but this guy is going to make it work by being so kind.

A back entry door had garbage piled on the ground all around a garbage can. That was cleaned up by the next day. The hall carpeting badly needed vacuuming, particularly the stairs. The desk clerk was not pleasant to customers. The location was good and felt safe and the beds were comfortable. Reasonable price.

It is a bare bones hotel. If all you need is a bed and shower it would work. Did not use the pool/sauna.

For the price, and just to sleep for a few hours, it was good. But once you get done at the lobby, the owner locks the lobby door and you have to go outside to go around to the lobby.. And for the place, a one hundred dollar incidental is way too much and it’s separate from ******* fees.. So on top of the ******* fees, get ready for a one hundred dollar incidental charge..
