The holiday lets are large and generally well decorated/maintained - couple of ******* about Internet and shower quickly sorted. The service staff were very helpful. Facilities onsite pretty good - play area fantastic for my 4 year old. View from window was lovely - birds and water.
Things to improve - the heating seemed to switch off automatically after a set time meaning we woke up cold.
The chalet could be a little bit cleaner - bottles filled with cigarettes outside on balcony.
Eurparcs should provide a recommended list of things to bring not provided - like toilet paper, tea towels, cleaning items etc. Would save time.
Overall though not bad at all - had a good time.

Very strong smell from the shower drain. Despite additional cleaning by the park staff, the pungent smell was back after half a day. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and a corresponding number of unsavory stains on the walls. House cleaning is only carried out very superficially: dirt in every corner and grease on the stove. It's a shame for the otherwise beautiful house.

Accomodatie was niet schoon spinnenwebben in de lamp huiskamer, onder de bedden heel veel stof, grote vlek op de stoffen sofa melding van gemaakt werd niets aan gedaan. Linnengoed en handdoeken is in de 19 dagen verbijf niet vervangen. Decoratie was niet aanwezig. Schoonmaak dienst in de 19 dagen verblijf niet gezien of gehoord elektrische föne kortsluiting en was al heel erg oud. In de avond uren jeugd die rondje reden op het park met harde muziek aan.
Veel buitenlandse arbeids emigranten, (vluchtelingen) Indoor speeltuin was goed.

2 bamischijven en een grote patat voor 9 euro, Omdat het om de patat gaat , bestel je een grote patat zonder voor 4 euro nou het is te triest voor worden, de grote patat bleek een kinderpatat te zijn en dat voor 4 euro, Dit was de eerste en tevens de laatste keer te zijn dat ik daar geweest ben. Jullie moeste je ogen uit je kop schamen bij de snackbar van Europark Hellevoetsluis. Oja en jullie moet onder de vitrine en de oven een keer de vloer schoon maken vieze baggerzooi.

De tiny house is erg leuk en staan in mooie, groene, verzorgde omgeving. Het park zelf is erg netjes en de adventure dome is leuk voor de kids. De speeltuin valt wat tegen en de animatie is wat suf. De horeca is categorie snackbar. Wat echt ontbreekt is een zwembad en goede horeca. Het park is op loopafstand van het strand (zoet water) en op fietsafstand van Noordzee. Hellevoetsluis zelf is niet het leukste plekje, ook de omgeving valt wat tegen. Een stukje verder naar Ouddorp zit je qua omgeving een stuk leuker.
