ヘルシンキ中央駅から徒歩10分圏内で立地もそこそこ良く、お部屋や設備がとても綺麗でよかったです。何より朝食がとても美味しい！

Hotel was lovely and clean, very presentable. Liked the modern interior. Our review is more for the two wonderful ladies on the front desk. Linda and Mira. Both were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Even supporting with my claim for compensation due to a delayed train. The ladies showed a great interest in us as guests and built up a great rapport to ensure we enjoyed our experience in Helsinki. Fantastic customer service. We will be back again. Kittos Linda and Mira!

The hotel is clean with great staff and a wonderful breakfast. The location is near to transportation, food and a walkable park. Although the hotel was full, this didn't compromise their professionalism nor the quality of the services rendered. What more could you ask for?

We attended a convention in Helsinki and enjoyed our time at this hotel. Amenities were excellent, as was the location. Breakfast times were adjusted to suit and customer service was excellent.

The hotel is well situated near the centre and has easy access to the train station and trams. Breakfast is very good with a good range of dishes. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Although the hotel does not have a pool, its sauna is modern, clean and very good. The only quibble at this time is the path and garden works being carried on outside of the hotel - however there was very little noise from the tractors and digging equipment within the hotel - just spoils the view!

Don't know if you are addressing a slightly different customer group, but either way it works for most people.Whatever is offered, it is the personal treatment that makes the difference.That is exactly what we are offered by the friendly receptionist who switches between several languages.Art on the walls and a lobby that is a bit more like a living room than the usual grandiose ones.What is smaller than usual is the size of the room, works but it needs more organized unpacking.Probably hit my head on the wall-mounted TV, now more than once.The bathroom has what you want, the reed comfort is good in a quiet part of the city despite its superb location.The breakfast gets approved but the staff here were not as charming and interested in their guests as we got used to at the reception.
