Everything is clean and tidy, kitchen is huge and there is enough coffee and tea for everyone. Favourite spot is the gym room, there’s even a rack and heavy lifting is possible ;)) Location is quite convenient, very close to transport and there is a Sushi restaurant right next to the hotel which close until 10 pm, recommend for solo travelling or couple ;).. a really nice place.

A decent choice if you’re coming for work or business. The hotel has a spacious common area with plenty of desks, meeting rooms, and sofas, which makes it easy to work or take calls. Other shared facilities include a kitchen, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Breakfast is served at a café connected to their Noli 2 property, so if you book a room with breakfast you’ll need to walk there. It’s fine but not remarkable — limited options, and a bit disappointing since there’s a full restaurant on-site that serves meals later in the day. Not a big issue, but worth noting. Room amenities are quite mixed. I stayed in two different studio rooms - both had some unexpected conveniences like full utensils, a washing machine, and an oven, but oddly no TV or couch. Service is also limited: check-in is self-service, and staff are only available during certain hours. It’s definitely a lower service level than most hotels I’ve stayed at elsewhere, though perhaps that’s typical for Finland or this price range. Overall, it’s not a bad stay by any means. If you’re here for work and want a practical base in the area, it’s a solid option - just come with the right expectations.

Mały pokój, zwłaszcza toaleta, pozwalał na przebywanie w środku tylko jednej osobie. Pokój wyglądał na nowy, ale na boku umywalki i wentylatorze wyciągowym znaleziono pleśń. Łatwo zranić się w nogi i siniaczyć, kiedy wstaniesz z łóżka, ponieważ wokół łóżka były drewniane listwy. Brak półki na bagaż; w związku z tym bagaż można było otworzyć jedynie poprzez umieszczenie go na podłodze. Prywatność w centrum odnowy biologicznej była słaba. Drzwi do szatni dla kobiet mogłyby prowadzić bezpośrednio do centrum odnowy biologicznej, ale między drzwiami do szatni a centrum odnowy biologicznej nie było żadnej osłony. Kiedy zmieniałeś ubranie, każdy w centrum odnowy biologicznej mógł wyraźnie zobaczyć, co robisz w przebieralni. Woda w wannie z hydromasażem nie była wystarczająco gorąca. Kontakt telefoniczny z recepcją był utrudniony, gdyż nikt nie odbierał telefonu.

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

Stayed at Scandic Helsinki Aviapolis, a convenient airport hotel near Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Overall, it was a good stay, ideal for transit travelers and short visits. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service running every 20–30 minutes. It is also within walking distance of Aviapolis train station (about 15 minutes), making it easy to reach Helsinki city center. A major plus is the Jumbo Shopping Mall nearby, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store—perfect for those needing last-minute essentials or an alternative dining option. The room was clean, modern, and functional, featuring comfortable bedding, a work desk, and a well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower and essential toiletries. The breakfast buffet starts at 6 AM, offering a great selection of fresh bread, cold cuts, hot dishes, and Finnish specialties. For those with super early flights, a light breakfast is available from 4 AM. Due to time constraints - I briefly checked out the gym and sauna in the basement which appeared well-maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The overall atmosphere is modern and practical, making it a great choice for travelers catching an early flight or needing a short, comfortable stay near the airport.

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

Senate Hotel, although basic, is situated well for local attractions - 10 minutes walk from the shops/ restaurants/nightlife of Helsinki city centre; 15 minutes walk from the harbour, if you arrive by ferry; and right next to Senate Square/Helsinki Cathedral. The hotel, itself, is based in an apartment building, on the fifth floor, and has ten rooms. There's a five-hour window, in which there's a receptionist to meet you (3-8pm). Outside of this time, you are given a code to enter the main door of the building, and then the front door of the hotel section, which I had to do. As it turned out, a friendly staff member was still there when I arrived, and I was fortunate enough to be given a free room upgrade. The double room I was given, was larger than average, and included a wash basin and small refrigerator. The bathroom and toilets are shared, but clean with a good, strong shower, and separate men's and women's toilets. There's also a small shared kitchen, so you could prepare food. My hotel room had a comfy bed, and good thick enough curtains which, if you're here in the height of Summer, means you won't be woken by the sunrise before 4am! The decor is a bit dated, but if you need info on what to do, where to go, and what's happening in Helsinki, there's lots of information. This is more of a short-stay hotel - a few days, at most, but if you need a well-located, warm, simple place to base yourself while in the city, this is actually a good choice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Scandic Paasi – Clean, Stylish, and Comfortable Our group of friends from Vietnam had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Paasi during our recent trip to Helsinki. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
