Lavande Hotel (Heqing Xinhua Branch)

This was a peculiar hotel. New, I guess, but seems abandoned left at 80-90% finish. Summary: horrible. Positive: -The bed seemed pretty clean. I could only find 1 or two hairs from previous guest. -The two women working the evening I arrived were friendly. Extremely bad: 1) There was a major thick layer of mould near in the back and on the side of the bathtub. This was horribly disgusting. 2) There were sewage leftovers around the toilet, which was just as disgusting. What pest lies hiding beneath this, I didn't want to know. I saw one bug coming out from there. Very bad: -There seemed to be no air suction in the bathroom. There was just a whole in the sealing. This kept me from dearing to use the shower (pest). In addition to the seperat bathtub off course. -There was a peculiar smell in parts of the room. Like urine. Bad: -all doors made really bad sound. -The floors were a little dirty. -In my eyes, the breakfast did not appeal at all, though I am custom to various Chinese food. -I suspect the slippers are used and re-bagged, as they were a little torn and seemed steamed or ironed. This is not 100% safe. -There was no store near. They don't sell anything. I didn't really have a chance to ask for a different room, which I otherwise would. I arrived around midnight and was really tired. I had to catch an early flight. I had already settled when I saw those things listed. IT GETS WORSE In the morning I asked if staff could call me a 滴滴 taxi, since I couldn't. They wouldn't, but offered me a free ride to the airport. I was put of at domestic, somewhat far away from where I was going. This was actually not easy immediately to figure out, though I read Chinese. I almost missed my plane. This would not happen if they just could help me with a very small and simple favour - getting me a taxi. TH The location with it's distance to the airport does not make this hotel worth it. Mouldy and unfinished. Pest.

入住體驗很棒我是一個睡眠很淺的人住在這家酒店我睡得很舒服和踏實房間隔音很好很安靜，大廳很大，沙發很舒適。 房間都是智能化。房間衞生做的很好非常乾淨，前台小姐也很熱情有什麼問題，也能很快的幫我解決。設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應主要是房價實惠，停車免費住的很滿意。早餐也很不錯品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。 這裏不僅僅是一個住宿的地方，更像是一個體驗當地生活的小天地， 浴室水壓很大還能放音樂，淋浴非常舒適，附近的濕地公園很很優美，晚上，散步也沒有問題。這真是一個非常愉快的住宿體驗。我下次來，還會選擇您家！😆

設施：齊全，配套完善 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔利落舒服 環境：酒店是新開業的，周邊很安靜，環境優雅温馨整潔，美觀舒適服務：熱情周到，前台還主動幫忙升級了房型。 早餐豐富多樣，好吃。

設施：可以 衞生：看圖，是阿姨沒有打掃還是怎麼的，太晚了不想換房間了，湊合住一晚，淋浴房衞生不忍直視。 環境：零晨四點吵死了，是廚房還是什麼的，聲音巨響，早上還要工作，今天一天無精打采的，訂房的時候己經備註了要安靜的房間！是工作失誤嗎？這次住很失望！ 服務：？

剛在這家酒店住了一晚！服務和氛圍簡直贊到不行呀！這間酒店太棒了~床鋪好舒適而且工作人員人都超級熱情又細心的哦！而且還供應早餐，5樓還有燒烤，奶茶，咖啡等特色美食。

設施：新開業的酒店，設施還可以，有小度智能語音，但是居然沒有智能馬桶，不匹配啊。早餐中規中矩，沒有咖啡。 衞生：新酒店，衞生還可以。但是晚上進去洗澡才發現護髮素居然沒有了，不應該啊，新酒店的服務這麼不到位！！！打了總枱電話送過來後，服務人員還想要進去按照，已經10點了，而且當時正有人在洗澡！很討厭的行為 環境：新開業酒店外觀、大廳、房間都看着很新 服務：服務感受很不好，和其他麗楓酒店的服務比起來還有待提高！最討厭的是第二天約定好的送機時間，竟然告訴我沒有車？我是9:15已經到了酒店大廳了！那前一天和我約時間幹什麼？11點的飛機，9:32車才來，司機師傅是開的很快，但也是9:46下車。但是我值機、託運行李都沒有辦理的情況下，這個時間特別緊張，而且司機路上説機場不到，誤不了機。但是機場不大人多啊，非常擁擠，排隊好久，帶着小孩兒非常不方便！！！最後到登機閘口的時候已經10:30了！！！問了一下這麼大的酒店盡然衹有2輛車！！！這個酒店管理非常有問題！！！而且不守時！

本來訂的一天，因為酒店周圍景色太美，多續住一天。酒店在草海旁，離新華村也很近。如果説不足之處是周圍比較清靜，沒有太多食店可選擇。不過草海的自然景色可以彌補不足。此外，早餐也一般化，屬於酒店化的單調，缺特色。

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置離三義機場15分鐘車程，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台知風 麥李也很熱情，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！非常感謝及時的接機服務，航班早到半小時也及時接機。非常感謝前台小哥在我們離開時候幫助我們拍照留念（雖然不知道名字）！超讚！

雖然是新開的酒店，但是衞生不盡人意 ，廁所還有一些頭髮沒清理掉，地下有污漬，提供的飲用水包裝極差，瓶蓋有凸起的鋒利的尖鋭塑料，還把手給割傷了，就給了幾個創可貼了事了，拖鞋材料很薄，作為一個上檔次的酒店還不如有的民宿有檔次，電梯門縫也全是灰塵，體驗感極差。
