Friendly, flexible staff and comfortable rooms, but we had some issues with our stay, mainly with the plumbing and internet access. Because there are no window screens, we had mosquitos in the room at night. The location is quite convenient to restaurants and museums.

perfect position is the center, a few minutes' walk from parking but nearby a lot of good restaurants and bars Staff is friendly even at night. The rooms are very quiet, you have all you need (good air conditioning is crucial in Crete!) and price is great.

A great value for money choice, just a 2-min walk from the main square and the sea! Not a state-of-the-art hotel of course (reasonable for the amount of money someone spends for his stay), but al in all a very descent choice, even during high season! Check-in 24/7, clean enough, some products of personal care and very helpful stuff. I would definetely choose it again. Words of "wisdom" from my own experience: have a look around the hotel before buying food/ drinks. The region is full of tourists and consequently some stores are considerably expensive!

Très bon emplacement dans quartier calme, bien qu'à 3' du centre. Propre, belle hauteur sous plafond. MAIS salle d'eau miniature, petits déjeuners à 10€ et à commander impérativement la veille, et personnel très très désagréable. A éviter sauf une nuit si rien d'autre.

Hotel basico, va bene per una notte. Niente di straordinario, buona posizione, parcheggio convenzionato a 100 metri circa. Senza ascensore, camera modesta e bagno minuscolo, personale simpatico ed accogliente. In zona parecchi locali dove cenare spendendo poco. Soggiorno ideale da abbinare ad un'arrivo a tarda ora o partenza all'alba dall'aeroporto.

Man ist hier im Zentrum (trotzdem sehr ruhig) und ist nicht weit zum Hafen und zu den Bussen (sowohl Regional- als auch als auch Fernverkehr). Unser Zimmer war angenehm von seiner Größe und der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und rund um die Uhr präsent.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre d'Héraklion, dans une ruelle calme. Il est aussi à 15 mn à pied du terminal des ferries pour Santorin. L'accueil est parfait, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux.

- Excellente situation : A 300 mètres de la plus grande rue de heraklion. - Parking à moins de 5 minutes à pied (8 euros / 24 heures) - Juste en face de l'entrée du parking il y a un petit restaurant très agréable : la mère cuisine et le fils fait le service - Nous avons été très bien reçu. - Très propre

Κράτηση σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο το καλοκαίρι του 2020. Απίθανη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου κοντά σε όλα τα κεντρικά τουριστικά μέρη όπως η πλατεία ελευθερίας, τα λιοντάρια, το μουσείο Ηρακλείου, τα κτέλ. Πάντα υπήρχε κάποιος υπεύθυνος στην reception σε αντίθεση με άλλα ξενοδοχεία στην Χερσόνησσο που σου λένε η πόρτα είναι κλειδωμένη το βράδυ και δεν μπορείς να μπείς ή να βγείς. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο, καθαρό, προσεγμένο, Είχε ωραία σαπουνάκια στο μπάνιο, ωραία έπιπλα καινούρια όχι πάνω 5ετίας, Στα πολύ θετικά όταν ζήτησα νερό μου έδωσαν μπουκάλι μεγάλο δωρεάν. Δεν έχει πολυτέλειες όπως πισίνα, εστιατόριο αλλά δεν απευθύνεται σε τέτοιες διακοπές.
