I don’t recommend staying at this property. The shower was dirty and clogged. Deficient staff, you have to beg for things and wait till the staff wants to help you out. The room did not come with blankets, and had to ask till the following because no one was staffing the fromt desk at night. There are no heating units in the room. Sad stay with them.

Room cleanliness was terrible, carpet was extremely dirt and bathroom floor and walls were terrible, looks old and with dirt build up, aslo shower pipes were clogh
Been in this hotel before and rooms does looks a lot better than this time

They had issues with the door knob , and they make us wait outside on the heat instead of offering a better room with no issues

The pool was very dirty, there was a stinky sewer drain spilling to the front parking lot, next to the restaurant. Breakfast was almost 300 pesos per person. At least that was good.

I didn't like that it took for ever for them to give me my room when I already have made a reservation online, I had to ask them multiple times if the room was ready.

the main entry looks magnificent and staff was really nice but the rooms were dirty, the carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, there was dust everywhere and i even had to clean out the a/c filter because it was clogged and because of that it wasnt blowing cold air. For the price of $80 a night i expect alot more
