Zoey at the front desk proper helpful and kind lady she made sure I got a room and she tried helping me find a place when the hotel rooms where all booked and great customer service will recommend anyone to this hotel and come and meet lovely friendly zoey to make sure your stay is good

Stayed here as part of a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located near a pub and supermarket. Rooms were clean and quite large. The receptionist, Zoe, was very friendly and went out of her way to help us. We would stay here again if we came this way again.

Lovely and quiet location, easily accessible and near plenty. Clean reception and room. Customer Service was spectacular - receptionist Zoe was very helpful and friendly, quick and easy check in. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back again.

Fantastic service from a lovely lady named zoe who was very helpful and friendly 5 star service, greeted with a smile and couldn't do more to help. Would recommend fully coming to herne bay premier. Rooms are large and comfortable, quiet and no issues at all.

Overall my stay was very good Did have an issue with the shower leaking everywhere and I nearly slipped over but I informed them as I was leaving

Lovely hotel, the staff on both days were so lovely and helpful. Beds as comfy as always. Plenty of parking available even though the hotel was busy. Breakfast was delish in the pub across the road. Thanks for a lovely overnight stay again Premier Inn
