Far from border and a bit pricey, but definitely a safe bet for gringos who don't want to take chances with personal security.

The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location. The breakfast was good too. The problem was that my room, #606, was the room closest to the elevator. The walls are obviously not very soundproof….so all morning, all I heard, was “DING-DONG”, every few seconds, when the elevator arrived on the 6th floor…WHY does there have to be a bell 🔔 when the elevator stops on the floor anyway??? I could not sleep!!! How come the hotel cannot figure this out? Surely, I am not the first person to complain about this?

酒店在一個mall 裏，是當地最好的酒店了，雖然和國內的萬豪酒店比較要差一些，但是服務還是不錯的。感謝前台小哥還幫我們做FMM表格填寫的西語翻譯。下次去還是會選這間酒店。

We had stayed here a year ago and it was great. This time around the cleanliness was not as great there were no towels in the bathroom when we arrived so we had to call and get towels brought which the brought two when we asked for 4,and the iron had a huge burn stain on it so I could not use to iron my clothing very dissappointing.

I was charge 36 dolars more for brakfast becouse the kids dint get logged in and also room didn’t have proper amount of towels and when I ask for them they never got them

The hotel is fine in general, but the breakfast provided is below average. Also, there is no restaurant service or other significant amenities warranting the per night cost.

I was staying for many times. And I was so happy. But for the last 3 times I don't like because the floors are not clean properly also the shower is so yellow everywhere. Also the breakfast was great because there was so many options but after the covid. Everything are not same. I hope can take care little more because I paid to have decent and clean place.
