staff were good, had a very late check-in. nice place right by the beach and a great 24 hours diner right opposite.
WiFi and shower were great!

Unkept. Water stain on the ceiling with a bad paint job. Breakfast was very good - better than Central Plaza in TLV. Service was much worse. Room was way too small. Pool is only outdoor and closed most of the year, which wasn't in Trip summary.

The location was great. The staff were not helpful though and the rooms could be cleaned a little more.

Room was weirdly shaped
To enter it you need to open the door 180 degrees (vs the normal 90)

We stayed at the Suite and it was not clean. Candy near the door and a coffee tablet (the one that you put in the coffee machine) was behind the blinds.

Air con not working properly in first room. Took a determined effort to get the hotel staff on duty to acknowledge the issue before eventually moving us to a room where the air con was ok. Attitude problem! 2nd room comfortable & quiet.
Pool area ok but spoilt by over loud house music blaring. If the idea was to dissuade guests from staying too long it worked brilliantly. Only one towel per person allocated, had to collect from reception.
Decent breakfast and complimentary cakes all day in the lower lobby area.
