Wszystko było dobrze. Osobiste też. Polecam ten hotel każdemu.

Przyjechałem tu, aby leczyć moje plecy w wodach termalnych, które hotel ma we własnych basenach w piwnicy. Dodatkowo możesz udać się do lekarza, który Cię zbada i przepisze plan leczenia, za który otrzymasz cenę pakietu. Zatem w tym sensie spełniłem cel mojej wizyty. Jednak wszystkie obiekty wymagają modernizacji. Jest to sprywatyzowany blok komunistyczny. Ktokolwiek to kupił od państwa - utrzymuje, ale niewiele aktualizuje. Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie na 4 piętrze - pokój pamięta lata 80-te. Jest funkcjonalny, praktyczny i czysty, ale ten standard absolutnie nie uzasadnia 300 euro za noc! Zdjęcia na stronie rezerwacji są mocno przerobione w Photoshopie. Tyle płacę za apartament we francuskiej Riverze, a nie w miasteczku 200 km od Budapesztu! Całkiem w porządku - niepełne wyżywienie było wliczone w cenę, ale jedzenie było tępe w stylu kantynowym. Wyróżniały się opcje pustynne - był duży wybór mini ciast. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, podobał mi się mój pobyt i wszyscy bardzo ciężko tam pracują, aby przebiegał sprawnie, ale czułem, że przepłaciłem za jakość zakwaterowania. Jeśli jesteś po zabiegach - nie wliczaj niedzieli do swojego pobytu, ponieważ terapeuci w tym dniu nie pracują. Można korzystać jedynie z basenów termalnych – jednego dość ciepłego, drugiego bardzo ciepłego. Basen jest bardzo zajęty w sobotnie popołudnie, więc następnym razem będę unikać weekendu. Najlepiej przyjść przed śniadaniem. Mają saunę - bardzo dobrą, łaźnię parową - jeśli nie staniesz przed parowcem, nic nie poczujesz. Proszę przemyśleć ceny lub zainwestować w modernizację, abyśmy mogli wrócić.

Objawienie. Cudowne baseny. Codziennie czyszczone termy i nalewana nowa woda. Suszarka do kostiumów na basenie. W ofercie szlafroki. Śniadania i kolacje świetne. Duży wybór. Rewelacyjne miejsce. Wszędzie w pobliżu. Parkowanie przez 7 dni bezpłatnie.

Booked a 5 night stay at this hotel. Arriving by car, the parking lot was quite full and no handicapped spaces were available (we made it work). We had 2 rooms on the 7th floor overlooking the main street.. to bad we did not have the other side to try to get a glimpse of Lake Heviz. Check-in was painful.. for whatever reason the clerk could not give us an extra room key for the person that was staying alone.. not sure if this was a language barrier or they just did not know how to activate another card? We arrived on a Wednesday, the indoor and outdoor pool spaces were full of guests. They have very limited spaces/things to do for children so I would not book here if you have small kids. The clientele is older and everyone for the most part was just relaxing and staying quiet. We had no complaints about breakfast or dinner as the selection of food met our needs. Walking to town and Lake Heviz is about 10 min from the hotel. Cleaning staff were very attentive. Checkout .. extremely painful.. never experienced anything like it... we wanted to split the room costs/taxes between the 2 of us and the woman at the counter just could not make it work... Also first property where handicapped parking was not complimentary... regular price 7.5 euro per night, we paid 3.5 euro per night. Overall a pleasant stay, and yes while the hotel is dated, there is something about it that is also charming.

We were at the Ensana Heviz hotel from September 25 to October 8. . The location of the hotel is not bad. The pool area is laid out normally. Good breakfasts and dinners. The staff is mostly polite. But The furniture in the room is very old and needs updating. Very poor room cleaning. The carpet on the floor was so old and dirty. The balcony was not clean. At the hotel, my husband and I took 14 procedures each, considering that these packages of more than 10 procedures should be at a discount. But we paid for this before leaving and realized that we did not have any discounts and the price for these procedures was greatly increased. The price for 1 procedure is almost 25 dollars. This is incredible! This is a clear deception that we did not expected! Unfortunately we will not go to this hotel again.

We have been here several times, most recently from 4 to 11 February 2023. We have to state that the level of the hotel is getting worse year after year and this time we were already so disappointed with our stay that we will not come here again unless there is a radical improvement in all directions. It starts with the management of the hotel, which is either incompetent or not professionally up to par. Otherwise, the director could not order not to publish the menu for lunch and dinner for guests who have half or full board!? The hotel has seven floors and has 3 elevators. One of them is not working for the second year, so when the hotel is more occupied, you wait for long minutes for the elevator. The hotel bar has slouchy armchairs and shabby upholstery. The furniture is past its best years and needs to be replaced. You don't get warm in the bar - it's cold there, so we don't recommend it. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, a hot tub, thermal pools with healing water, an outdoor experience pool and a sauna world. Although the facilities are great, there are issues such as the automatic doors not working, the outdoor sauna is limited to 3 days a week, the sauna lacks thermometers, multiple sauna timers, and the "sauna" in the indoor sauna is in a bathing suit!? :-( The four-star hotel offers lunches and dinners without tablecloths on the table with only plastic placemats and gives cloth napkins. The quality and range of food was at a really low level this year. You can feel the great savings on the quality of the raw materials. A plus is the offer of a non-alcoholic drink included in the price. In general, the hotel would need better management and complete repair and renovation of non-functioning equipment.

Nice hotel with wonderful healing water from the lake nearby. Very pleasant friendly staff, and everywhere - at the reception, in the restaurant, in the wellness area. The thermal water in the healing pool is changed every day. The thermal pool is only open until 7pm. The rest of the pools and sauna are open until 9pm. This is especially limiting if you plan walks or excursions during the day, and in the evening there is not much time for pools and saunas. How to improve: I'm sure all the guests would appreciate it, if the opening hours were extended by at least an hour, until 8pm and 10pm respectively. Spacious sauna area. Great big finnish sauna. What is unpleasant - the sauna is full-textil zone. We understand different opinions. But when people come to sauna in the same swiming suits they used a few minutes ago in thermal pools - it is really unhygienic and unhealthy for those people and other sauna visitors. How to improve: It would be much more convenient, if sauna is textil-allowed a half of the day, and textil-free afternoons. Nice restaurant. Good variety of dishes. The taste of food for dinner can differ markedly - one day everything is delicious, the next day all the dishes look very attractive, but they taste like nothing. No idea why. For breakfast, the assortment is not bad, but absolutely the same, always. It gets boring after a few days. How to improve: if the chefs could add some variety to breakfast, it would improve the whole experience a lot.

Important is to go when in Heviz is a wine and food festival to make the maximum from your stay, Thermal pools are very good so no need to go to the lake. Very close a lot of nice small towns close to Balaton. It is also a must to visit a butcher shop in the center of town and a local wine cellar close to the,, train statue,, local wines and palinka also must.

I had a great experience with the entire place, missed the evening meal --＞ they re-scheduled for next mid day lunch, the beds inside the rooms are amazing, they expect us with pool robes for each (including a small one for my daughter), all the pools are big and you have enough room to swim. I recommend this hotel for relaxing purposes, swimming, and of course EATING. Good and delicious food each day.
