第一次來賀州住的全季，酒店在市中心的位置，這幾天下雨，外出的時候一位叫小鐘的前台很貼心給我們送了雨傘，回來還給我們拿了乾淨的袋子。以後有來賀州還選擇全季酒店！

環境：房間很乾凈，也很安靜，睡覺完全不吵，走路五六分鐘就有一個美食廣場，小吃店很多
設施：電視很新很大，投屏也很順暢，酒店還配有洗衣機和烘乾機，很方便
服務：工作人員態度很好

房間一入門感覺很靚，但是，有半個假窗簾，衹有個小窗口看出去！對面是房屋，窗外也沒有景。如果要看景，對面bo曼會好一點。房間有小冰箱，適合自己買飲料上來。附近也很多商業區，位置不錯的！主要是新開，夠新

先説缺點，服務太差了。
1,因為入住晚，當天早晨特意打了電話確認房間，一間兩晚，説沒問題。等我到店，非説兩間一晚，我説早晨確認過了，回答是早晨沒交班，不知道。等折騰完了拿上房卡，也不給指路，自己問的電梯方向。
2,當晚去洗衣房，答應十點半給烘乾，等我們扛到十點半去取衣服，竟然沒人管，也沒有烘乾，説沒貼標簽，實際上標簽貼的好好的，就是忘了。
3.需要開票，非讓下去掃他們的二維碼，加會員後開，我説每次攜程上填訊息就能開，説沒開過，不會開，我説不加會員，就在攜程開，約好了第二天早晨過去核實，結果第二天早晨過去前台盡然不知道，重新拍了我的發票訊息，估計又換班了。
反正是軟件服務太差了，完全沒有初級培訓過的做法。
硬件優點不錯，環境，交通，停車，衞生，設施等等。

這家全季地理位置特別好。周邊配套設施都很齊全，前台服務人員態度特別好，印象特別深刻，我們兩大兩小出行，剛好，周邊也很多好吃的。

跟同事一起去賀州出差，商務出行，然後預訂了這家酒店酒店以後我們要的是雙人床空間比較大，很舒服，我們在攜程上預訂的時候沒有預訂早餐，但在前台辦理的時候可能考慮到我們是新用户，特別給我們提供了早餐服務，這點特別好哦，我們吃早餐的時候遇到的小哥也很熱情，還給我們介紹一些有趣事情，整體來説客服都很可很熱情，微信客服特別好，如果有需要隨時跟他講都可以，他幫我另外送了礦泉水，唯一的遺憾就是當時看到有創始人的專著，但是我沒有看完，然後自己買一本書，這本書還蠻好的，很值得一讀！

全季酒店確實不錯，環境好性價比很高，住過幾個全季酒店都很不錯服務也好，現在對全季印象不錯，現在走到哪裡看酒店都會看一下全季，我看全季介紹，説是一年四季，各種節氣，五常大米配農夫山泉煮的粥，這真讓人驚喜，每個一個品牌背後如果有動人的背景和故事，那真的是情懷啊~

酒店位置旺中帶靜，很近大街，及灵峰廣場。酒店開業大半年，設計簡約，乾淨。員工服務態度友善，酒店雖然不大，但設施五藏俱全，有免費自助洗衣房、健身房、餐廳等等
