Nice place, good location, good service at the reception and restaurant....but room cleaning is not good.

As your company knows to well, my wife and did not go, as we tried to cancel due to the wedding being off, and your company said oh how terrible but we cant give your money back, and just stole it from me and my wife, and now you want me to give you and the hotel a nice review, how I ended on your site in the first place as went through to booking .com not you! And as for Premier Inn we will never book another hotel with them again, so take this review and post it where the Sun dont shine!!

The rooms are ok, clean & tidy. That’s about all that’s positive. WiFi is none existent and has been for the last 12 month, no excuse in this day and age. When on business WiFi is essential. 1 of the 2 lifts still not fixed, over 12 month now. Reception just says trying to get it fixed.( well if you can't in 12 month there is something seriously wrong. ) Won’t be staying here again.

Staff were lovely, it was very clean and the food was decent A good location for what we needed and I slept well without any noise disturbance Parking is an issue particularly anyone using the disabled bays without a badge

The place was great, we went there due to a celebration of family, overall the place is great but the parking slots were busy after 12 midnight. I went to ask reception for help as we paid for it, there was a white male stuff mopping the floor and was rude, impatient and patronising when I couldn’t understand his instructions, he spoke like I knew the area, I politely asked him to repeat or to perhaps write it for me to pass this to the driver, but for him more frustrated. This made our stayed uncomfortable due that we didn’t know if we parked in the right place and we would get a ticket after we paid for the premier inn parking.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff, Dinner was really tasty and the kids loved it. Room was spotlessly clean and was cleaned by Julita.( Thanks) Location great and I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area, great value for money.
