Ten hotel to najgorsze powitanie, jakiego kiedykolwiek doświadczyłem.
Nigdy nie narzekam.
Byłem przerażony powitaniem, które było przesłuchaniem.
Następnie zostałem przywitany przez policję, co było rachunkiem, pod którym się nie podpisałem. Groziło mu na miejscu więzienie. Myślałem, że jestem w filmie.
NIE REZERWUJ ANI Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj.

It was my family outing to Citrus Hikkaduwa last week. The hotel location is great. The staff is friendly but the front office crew needs to be more pleasant with the visitors because compared with the other hotels we visited, we didn't get the welcome that we expected. This place has a very nice beach and it is very clean and also they have a good swimming pool. The room was too small and had a partial sea view. They have less variety of foods but the foods are super delicious. Special Thanks should go to Mr David(who might be the F&B manager) who is a very smiley and friendly person and the entire restaurant crew. Overall the stay is good but this place needs to be improved and renovated.

We enjoyed a delightful 2-night stay here over the April school holidays. The check-in process was smooth, and we are grateful to Damith, Sandun, Nadun, and the front office team for accommodating our requests. Damith was extremely helpful and ensured that our stay was unforgettable. The children had a fantastic time playing in the sea, soaking up the sun, and building sandcastles. The food, cocktails, and service were all excellent. A big thank you to the chef and his team (Nimal, Thilina, Nandana, Nuwan, Sampath, Chinthaka, Gerad, Kaushalya, & Sathsarani). Looking forward to our next visit! DH

l and my friends have a great time in a Citrus Hikkaduwa, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The best is Dammi Animator aqua aerobic instructor. He is very friendly, always with a big smile. Every morning Dammi is upraised mood for all hotel with aerobic, a lot of fun. We miss you Dammi animator.
