Front Desk services required improvements- Location wise is great, just 1-minute walk away from London Heathrow T2; u can access directly through the same level of the Arrival Hall through the sheltered multi-storey car park. If u can come from London’s metro, walk across the bus lanes but do watch out the direction because limited signs available.
The front desk services sucks, they basically like a bunch of standing brochures repeating the sentences; without even care of what the guests said. They just wanna check in the guests at soonest possible speed.
The room and linens are clean, good for an overnight stay

Walking distance to Terminal 2 and 3. Last-minute booking due to no public transportation operated on Christmas.
Spacious and quiet room and toilet. Remember to bring own toiletries.

Perfect hotel for any plane enthusiasts. There’s a rooftop bar with 360 degree view of the airport with a great selection of beverages and food options. The room itself was specious, modern and had a great view of the runway. The only negative was that they didn’t provide any complementary water in the room, nor no information book about the hotel, which would have came in handy.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton and it was easy for taking a break before my flight. Everything was clean, I enjoyed the food too and it was a pleasant stay.

Stay one night before next day morning flight, great location if you are departing from Terminal 2/3. More closer to T2. I am departing at Terminal 3 and walk about 15 mins, convenient though.
