Welcome to Loko Kai Nani, the Beautiful Lagoon! Look no further. For the Ultimate Big Island Experience. Beats any Hilo Hotel by a mile (IMHO) Fully Air Conditioned, 24 hour security, Everything is Brand New.
First time offered, fully renovated with brand new furnishings, this upscale two-bedroom, two-bath, corner unit in the iconic Hilo Lagoon Center overlooks the beautiful Wailoa River State Park, with peekaboo ocean views.
Enjoy gorgeous sunrises sparkling over the lagoon from any of the three private balconies. Stroll under magnificent koa and banyan trees and over elegant Japanese bridges, past waving coconut palms to the black sands of Hilo Harbor, and the Edo-style Japanese gardens at Liliuokalani.
This climate-controlled condo is walking distance to downtown Hilo, the famous Hilo Farmer’s Market, Hilo Bayfront Beach Park, Liliuokalani Gardens, Coconut Island, and countless delicious food options.
Enjoy direct access to the large pool and BBQ area, as well as a dedicated covered parking space. Surrounded by tranquil koi ponds, the Hilo Lagoon Center is safe and quiet, and includes 24-hour security, as well as coin-op laundry on the floor.
Loko Kai Nani comfortably sleeps 4 guests and includes all new appliances, and upscale amenities, including smart TVs in each room, WiFi, A/C, rain showers, and bidets to ensure a comfortable, relaxing stay. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom with pebble shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with combo tub-shower. Beach chairs, towels, blanket, umbrella, cooler, and toys are provided.
The condo also features art from local Hilo artists, blending Japanese, Polynesian, and tropical influences to pay homage to the unique history, culture, and flavor of Hilo.

Clean, Cozy and Convenient
Loved our stay! This place was exceptionally clean! Large and spacious. Looks newly renovated. 3 separate balconies with great views. Terry was so helpful and accommodating making our stay an ease. Coffee/bakery shop right downstairs. Crusin Coffee (drive thru coffee/food) right across the street along with the popular Kawamoto's (japanese style lunch box/okazu).

A quiet and accessible location in Hilo
From booking to check out the whole process was seamless.
We enjoyed exploring beautiful Hilo from this location, including Rainbow and Akaka falls, volcanoes national park and the farmers markets.
Hilo Burger Joint, Cafe Pesto, Nector cafe, Kuhio Grille - Home Of The Famous 1lb Laulau were all delicious places within walking distance that we ate at and the service was great.
We enjoyed beverage on the balcony each evening overlooking the lagoon and our girls loved the ducks and koi fish at the pond. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thankyou! From Australia :)

One of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed at.
Where do I begin, this rental property was exactly what we needed during our stay in Hilo. It was in a quiet part of town, yet, still walking distance to so many awesome sites. It was super clean and had all the cooking utensils and wares we could ever ask for. The host was always prompt when we had questions and the property was always secure thanks to the guards in the lobby. This property made our stay in Hilo even better. The view of the lagoon was breathtaking, especially if you were up early enough to catch the sunrise. There is a reason this property is a 10/10. Thank you so much for having us.

Beautiful View
This condo was beautiful, and nicely updated. It had all that you needed in the kitchen. They have chairs, beach towels, and a cooler to use. The view was out over the lagoon and a park. The building is old, but this condo is new, and the elevators(3 of them) are super fast. The only complaint I have was the second bedroom got full of gnats that I had to sweep up. We used this as our dressing room, so it wasn't a bother. No where else in the condo was that an issue. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
