I made a reservation for a king non-smoking room and when I checked in they said due to circumstances they had to give a smoking room. It was terrible it smelled awful. No happy, they did not offer us a discount or anything.

No breakfast, no coffee or tea in common area . No tea in room, Shuttle service to ****** erratic and limited times nothing before noon.
I would not stay here again..

Been going there for years. Nice get aways. Ive always booked threw the ****** but they didnt have any deals so i found it was way cheaper to book threw exspedia. Pool and hot tub were clean not over used or Smells. It was a nice stay

It was a nice, clean room at a good price. They didn’t have a breakfast, but no biggie, the value was still there. Good place for a clean nights stay.

The place is ok. Only had 1 small bar of soap. No other toiletries. No extra TP. For being the Grand Hinckley Inn, there is not much grand about it. It needs to be updated.

The price was phenomenal the proximity to the ****** The rooms were spacious and the pool and spa area was nice. The staff was very polite and available
