Great place, great food greate service. Super friendly personnel. Food was fantastically done and the ambiance was very pleasant! We have fresh scallops and the catch of the day that was a generous portion of halibut grilled. We also have a nice grilled rib eye.

Amazing hotel! The hotel is very clean and cozy, the food served at the restaurant is delicious, with many different options. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it and I'm looking forward to stay here again!

Amazing and a wonderful hotel. The staff were so friendly and kind. They made my stay perfect. I definitely recommend the hotel. The food was wonderful…: they catered for all my dietary needs. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Good good good

Good hotel and grest food. The people working ther will only do the best for you as a customer. Good and clean rooms. Fantastic roof top with great views. Will come back to this place for sure. And round trip at Hitra and Frøya is a must.

Actually enough empty space in room snd bath to turn wheelchair around 360’ without hitting anything. Imagine. Facilities are new, in very good taste - beds and linens are top. We got two twin beds snd these were very spacious (90cm each ?) There is a roll-in shower - though I asked for a stationary chair snd it was perfect. Dining area post corona measures was easy to maneuver in - spacious. Elevator snd hotel room doors more than wide enough for extra wide wheelchair. Long cement Ramp into building. Parking just across the street…(30feet?). Though best if you get dropped off at bottom of the ramp and friends park. Quiet. Clean and all that stuff. Rumour has it that breakfast is super. We are staying several nights but wanted to get this message out right away. I have NEVER been in a hotel with facilities for mobility impaired that are so well designed; and I have traveled a good deal and do try to find something that makes life on the road a bit easier. Well done Hjorten Hotel Hitra!
