The hotel room had cockroaches in the room roaming in the night. As an allergic person, I was unable to sleep all night. No one was available at the reception to help out. When I contacted them in the morning, all they said was , we will give you 5% discount in next trip. Totally disgusted stay!

The hotel is located in downtown, accessible by walking distance to markets and restaurants. Nice rooftop jacuzzi and bar. Only think is that rooms has narrow walls.

It’s worth the price!! Rooftop pool is amazing for the sunset and the sunrise …I fell in love with you Zen Hotel.. I like how they have endless hot water even though I took a bath at room. Because some hotels in Vietnam runs out of hot water if you use too much. And I love the shampoo and body soap they provide!!’

We enjoy our stay here at Cochin Zen Hotel.the hotel is clean and staff are friendly, 24hrs front desk..near to tourist attractions walking distance only.i highly recommend this hotel..we will come back again next time

Good location that allow you to reach everywhere else you can have a good dinner you can have a good shopping, good place to visit all the tourist attraction

Room is fine, only sometime other room open water to shower makes a big noise.
The front desk service is very good, help us to make phone call to solve our train tickets booking issue.

Perfect location, right within walking distance of everything. Bed was a bit hard, and no window in the room which ****** but price and location made up for it. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Was given free mini bar as part of the Trip.com stay but hotel lost the record of this and repeatedly tried to charge upon leaving the hotel. Otherwise good location clean and comfortable

The hotel is at the center of the busy district 1. Steps away from the tourist sites, you will be very happy with your choice of Cochin Zen hotel. One thing that is interesting is how once you enter the hotel lobby, the hustle and bustle of HCMC really is transformed into a calm and quiet hotel.
