Wonderful hotel with superb service. Breakfast is great with a great view. Swimming pool is quiet and beautiful.

Second stay this year and will return again next year. Location is central and convenient and well connected.

Prime location in district 1. Grand 3 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. One of my family members had a birthday and the staff provided a little cake during the breakfast buffet. Great attention to detail! Room service was always quick and responsive to requests. Would definitely book again in the future!

High end hotel, large rooms, clean, good location. Only negative was no hot water in our shower on our check out day.

Our stay at Sedona Suites was an incredible and relaxing experience. They have impeccable service to the littlest details including providing water and complimentary snacks and drinks on our first day. The housekeeping staff made sure our room was tidy after a day out. We availed of the breakfast buffet and it did not disappoint. We were served everyday by Mr. Quy and he went above and beyond to cater to our needs.

--- Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, I encountered significant frustrations with the staff's unwillingness to accommodate my needs. I had booked two nights separately due to changes in my business meetings, and I requested to remain in the same room for both nights to simplify my stay. However, I was shocked to be informed that this would incur an additional charge of USD 100. I was prepared to stay both nights in cheaper room but that was not allowed either and was told to contact my booking Agent.This inflexibility in policy seemed unnecessary and left a sour taste.As a result, I had to make alternative meetings andarrangements, which inconvenienced me greatly. While I understand that hotels have policies in place for a reason, I believe that a more customer-centric approach could have been taken in my situation. A little understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way in improving my overall experience. While the Hotel offers comfortable accommodations, the inflexible policies and lack of willingness to accommodate guest needs left much to be desired. I hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving their customer service in the future.
