Отель находится в центре туристического квартала, но в тихом месте, поэтому в здании тихо. Сам отель небольшой, чистый и достаточно комфортный. Из недостатков можно отметить отсутствие лифта, а также то, что формально в номере есть окно, однако выходит оно прямиком на стену соседнего здания - буквально в 20 см. Хорошо, что в соседнем здании нет окна напротив.
Выбор блюд на завтрак небольшой, но сами завтраки неплохие. Однако места для приема пищи мало, поэтому может случиться так, что вам придется ждать, когда освободится стол.
Впечатления от отеля в целом неплохие, можно остановиться еще раз.

Meet Miss Hanh, the most fabulous Manager at Urban Lodge. Hanh goes out of her way gives a pernsonalised service to her guests. The breakfast is Boutique all home-made fresh fruit, the best omelettes in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a small hotel in the heart of district one. What makes this a special experience is the attention to detail and the professionalism of Miss Hanh. The jewel in the crown of Urban Lodge and a hidden gem.💎

This place is fantastic, and an extraordinary value for the money. Hannah, the manager, was so helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond for myself and my son, including getting his favourite juices and fruits for breakfast. The rooms are clean and tidy with air conditioning. It’s like a small oasis in the middle of the back alley of a bustling city. One of my best experiences in SE Asia, and a wonderful introduction to Vietnam!! I was a bit worried as there didn’t seem to be much in the way of recent reviews, but this was an excellent experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. A few notes - there is no lift/elevator, so this could present an issue for those with mobility issues. There also is no pool (which I anticipated from another review.) I believe the pool is located at a sister property, as there seem to be a few operated by the same people.

The Urban Lodge ist a very cosy clean and save place to be in Ho Chi Minh City. I had a great time there. It's worth the money and close to all the Attractions of the City. They offer a great Breakfast. I highly recommend this Hotel.

This is a small residence off a side alley run by a pleasant lady by the name of Hannah. She works extremely hard and seems to run the place by herself. I was on the third floor, although she had offered me the 2nd floor if I was prepared to wait. The rooms are compact. This is often the case with small hotels in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. Rooms were acceptable. The stairs are steep and there is no life. I wasn't up to it as I have fibrosis of the lungs. There is no longer a swimming pool. Hannah was helpful regarding attractions in the local area which I did not take advantage of as I had an early departure for Can Tho the following morning. I was offered breakfast, but again I was in a rush to get to the transport so declined.

Comfortable, cozy hotel, with a good location and friendly staff especially Mr Binh being very helpful. Breakfast at the poolside is an added point to get a 5-star rating. With many convenience services near here, I used WhaleLO - Luggage Storage, this can't be missed for your after-check-out time. The Mekong trip arranged by the hotel staff is very interesting and value for money. Good overall.

Had a wonderful stay! Hannah was so warm and made all the difference. She arranged two airport pickups for my friend and I (coming in on different flights) and was always there to help out with anything we needed. She also makes a mean pancake and omelet. Plus the rooms are beautiful and flawless. Thank you!
