Great hotel for the price that you are paying. It's clean and the staff is really helpful. Located at a very convenient location with lots of interesting places around.
Shout out to the staff Wy who is really helpful and attentive throughout my stay there.

The highest cost performance hotel which I ever saw in my life!!!
Location is exactly heart of the Ho Chi Ming.
The room is simple , but clean and totally ok for sleeping. Good air condition what was really important.
The breakfast was really so good!
I couldn’t believe that for such price I even can get fresh salmon. Other choices of food was also too much delicious!
Also I wanted to mention all staff who works there. So cute and helpful.

Excellent location.. decent amenities.. and very friendly approachable staff.. was served by one of the staff Wy on the last day and he was really helpful.. highly recommended!

I ended up being diverted to this hotel from another rose land hotel around the corner due to my room having electrical issues. It was not the best news but the staff at rose land helped me make it to my hotel and the bell hop even helped me with my bags and took me to my hotel on a scooter Saigon style. The hotel room was decent with a view of the main city. Breakfast was also descent. The only thing I didn’t really enjoy was that my room was very hot and each time I left and came back in the electricity had to be restarted which meant laying in the heat for about an hour while the AC kicks in. Another issue was my tub, the tub itself was nice however the shower was wand was attached to a short line so I had to kind of duck down to take a shower. Decent hotel but TBH I am not a fan of the location , it’s by the Japan town which is not a cute little Tokyo , it’s most like bars and massage parlors .

I switched from Landmark 81 condotels to Roseland Sweet Hotel. The service, location, and cleanliness is much better. It is the perfect small room for a simple traveler. The price is just a notch higher but otherwise, I would definitely book this hotel again. I did not try the spa or breakfast buffet.

The hotel is at a good location where we could walk to street food Ben Nagh in about 15 minutes. The rooms and single beds are quite small and was tight for myself and two kids. We were staying overnight between connecting flights. What makes this hotel stand out is the service. They provided a refreshing drink as soon as we arrived and Wy helped us to move the luggage up and down the stairs really fast.
