The hotel is a nice part of HCMC that gets you away from the more international core or expat area of district 2. The best part about the place is how quiet it is at night. I also appreciate the breakfast in the morning. The staff are always very helpful with a nice smile to answer your questions.

가족 여행으로 70대 노인부터 초딩,3세,5세 아이까지 있는 여행이었다. 도착했을때 호텔진입로와 주변이 물바다였고 정체모를 물에 아이 어른할것없이 발이 젖었다.성인 남성이 점프해서 건널수 없이 물이 차있었다. 조식이 포함된 4베드룸과 욕실이 있는 방을 예약했는데 방,거실 모두 천장에 전등이 없고 스탠드 불만 있어서 내내 어두운 곳에서 불편했다.요즘 시대에 전등이 없는 숙소는 상상도 못했는데 이런 곳이 다 있구나,싶었다.욕실은 전등이 있었지만 물이 졸졸 잘 나오질 않아 가족 모두 씻는데 애를 먹었다.그리고 조식부페도 공사? 때문에 담날부터 이용이 안된다고하여 메뉴를 보고 주문하였으나 제대로 오지 않았지만 귀찮아서 다시 달라고 요구하지 않았다. 그외 청소나 비품 침구등의 상태는 양호했지만
냉장고 일부 고장. 세탁기 고장 등 옵션들은 있는 방이었지만 제대로 쓸수 없는것들도 일부 있었다.아! 이동수단 같은 보트도 안된다고 해서 그랩 이용하거나 차를 하루 대절했다.
2박 했는데 어쨌든간에 다신 이용하고 싶지 않은 곳이다. 가족들에게 미안했다 ㅎ

Services are scaled down compared to 3-4 years ago.Big tv in living room, we cannot watch it, only stands as a stationary. Shuttle bus is only available 3 times a day. No more shuttle ships. No buffet, breakfast at room. No options to choose juice, orange juice only..! I asked the receptions if I can borrow nail clipper, they don’t have it. Washing machine doesn’t have function of dryer. Amenities, shampoo and body gel only. No conditioner… So spacious rooms are nice but their service is terrible. Far from the city centre. Probably this hotel will close soon…

What a totally hidden gem this place is. Over looking the Saigon river. Lovely gardens, swimming pool, sauna, gym as part of the complex. We had a fully serviced 3 bedroom apartment with large bedrooms, en-suite to master bedroom incl separate toilet with King size bed, and extra bathroom for the other two bedrooms. An extra two toilets as well. Huge lounge, dinning and 12 person balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with washing & drying machine dishwasher etc. I have traveled the world for many years and never found accommodation like this. The staff could not have been more helpful.It is a little out of town 10 mins by taxi. Or for a local experience jump on the 44 local bus 6,000 dong and straight into town 15 mins. There is also a shuttle bus operated by the hotel. I look forward to returning to Saigon Domain my home away from home now.
