The Noble Swan Central Dong du Hotel

When I reached the hotel, I was told that the air con of the room I booked was not working. I was offered to stay in another hotel, about 1 km away. When i asked for a cancellation, I was offered to another room. However, the air con was not working as well. I asked for cancellation but was rejected. I asked for a transfer but was told I caused work to the reception. As a result, I took his fan to use as I was too tired as i arrived in the hotel around 10pm.

Received an email from the management team regarding a change of hotel to Noble Swan Saigon instead as the aircon in one of their rooms was faulty. Took a grab from airport at 11pm straight to the updated hotel but the receptionist said it was the wrong hotel and brought us to Noble Swan New World instead. Read a similar review on changing of the hotels on one of the hotels aforementioned and thought such experience could be avoided but was out of luck. Other than this bad experience, the receptionist was kind enough to carry my luggage and walk us to the other hotel and location was pretty decent.
