The aircon is not working well. I make a request to change room but the hotel staff instead pass me another card to slot in my room to have the aircon on even I am away. I put the setting at 17degree and this took 24hrs for the room to be cool. For the first night I have to on the portable cooler provided.

The hotel location is good. Hotel staff are generally ok. But I had a bad experience as they gave me a wrong room type. The situation cannot be salvaged as the hotel is running at full capacity and I have no choice but to make do with what was given. Thankfully I contacted Trip.com as I am pleased with the service recovery rendered.
