When I made the booking I chose breakfast for two persons. But only my boss stayed in the hotel so the registered guest is only one person. The hotel finally charged me for breakfast. That's unbelievable!!! How come we pay for two breakfast but only get one??? The reason breakfast only provided for registered parson is rediculous!!! If you don't allow the guest to have breakfast why do you sell the roommate for two persons???

In general hotel is very good.
The only weak point is the internet connection speed. It is really hard to use it in the evening.

Excellent service with friendly staff. Good varieties of breakfast spread. Hotel is huge and has good amenities like gym and spa. My family really enjoyed our 4 days stay in the hotel.

The hotel looks big and grand, it located just at the heart of the city. It is very convenient. Staff are very nice and polite, they provide excellent services.

So much history, this hotel is old and worldly. Beautiful spacious rooms, breakfast was lovely. Staff attentive and friendly. Location superb

Food is absolutely a problem here. I have bad experience with Breakfast, in-room dinning and lobby restaurant. Food are all bad: not diversed and tasted badly.
The way of F&B people (seem like he is a manager not a staff) reacted with feedback is unprofessional. Both in the 5th floor and lobby restaurant

I stayed for 3 days, the fruits were provided only for the first day. The buffet is not good for that price.
