Nice simple clean hotel. Surrounded with shops and food. Ben Thanh market is right behind. Walking distance to shopping mall etc. love the location! Very accessible.

The hotel is in a busy business district and has a great location. The facility is not new, but it's comfortable and not inferior to a five-star hotel. We stayed for a half day, so I am still determining the other hotel services, but if I come back next time, I will definitely choose this one. In addition, the hotel front desk and servers are very helpful.

The location is good with nearby Ben Thanh market and walking distance to other places like Takashimaya and Saigon Square. However the room was quite run down and the water was leaking for our toilet and towel rack was spoilt. Otherwise,still acceptable. When booked, I requested for 2 connecting rooms. Hotel replied said kept aside for us 1 only. I reminded the hotel 1 week before our arrival and was told still only 1 available which I was ok. When arrived, they said none available as fully booked. What a disappointment!

There is no where it mentioned there were no windows upon booking. It’s was surprise where the reception asked for additional payment for room with window view. Will be much cautious upon my next booking

Third time staying at this hotel. The staff are great even while on duty during Tet. Hotel is located within walking distance to Ngyuen Hue walking street to see the Tet exhibits. I have booked my stay at this hotel for my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Stayed here for 2n during the New Year Eve. Best part about the hotel is it's location..very close to all the fun places. Priced reasonable for the facilities available. Can be considered if needed.
