I love this place. The staff are so nice, cheerful and very helpful. It is very close to everything. The restaurant dishes are delicious as well as the huge breakfast, wether you are Asian ou European gourmet.

Das Chez Loan ist ein schönes, empfehlenswertes Hotel. Es ist nichts Großartiges, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Frühstücksraum im 7. Stock bietet einen schönen Rundblick (bei gutem Wetter natürlich). Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad ebenso. Sollten wir wieder in die Region kommen, unser erster Anlaufpunkt.

Loan and her employees have been incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service! My brother and I requested a typical Vietnamese dinner before we left and can vouch that the food is legit! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We checked out yesterday, having enjoyed 4 days/3 nights at the hotel. The hotel team are fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful (they arranged a pick up from Hanoi Airport: as well as for our onward journey); they were also extremely helpful about the different sites within the area... and the option of free bikes and mopeds was great to help get around the area. The rooms are very spacious and we had a large patio overlooking the river and mountain, with beautiful views. The location of the hotel is perfect, only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Tam Coc village (which has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops). Overall a great friendly hotel in the perfect location for visiting the sites around Nimh Binh... and great value for money. I would strongly recommend staying here... you won't be disappointed.

This is a beautiful hotel located in Nihn Binh . the rooms are huge, very clean. The owner is a very nice guy with a great sense of humour. One of the nicest experiences of our trip so far. 10 out of ten on my books. And extremism affordable! Located very close, 3 minutes from all the shops and other bars and restaurants . So much to see and do in the immediate vicinity. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Clean hotel. Friendly french man at reception. Would recommend. Warm water, air-conditioned tv and pool but weather was wet so didn't use. Thankyou for good breakfast and enjoyable stay. Didn't try bar due to time but would in future. Thanks

Je retiens principalement,l'accueil et la chaleur humaine . On pourrait penser être chez des amis . Loan fera tout son possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. La Guesthouse est bien située, à la sortie du village , à 800 m de Tam coc . Le prêt de vélos favorise les déplacements aux alentours et puis si vous voulez bouger plus loin, Loan vous trouvera une location de voiture avec chauffeur. Le restaurant propose une carte honorable et les plats sont de qualité. Quant au petit déjeuner , il est remarquable. En bref , tout est fait pour vous satisfaire et l'on retient l'adresse si jamais on a envie de revenir. Indépendamment du service assuré par Loan, le climat très humide et pluvieux a fait que je ne reviendrai pas sur le site au mois de mars mais plus tard au printemps

Belle chambre familiale. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement de l’hôtel pour découvrir les alentours. L’hôtel prête des vélos, loue des scooters, nous aide à organiser les visites: c’est super confort! L’équipe de l’hôtel est au petit soin. Les 2 restaurants de l’hôtel sont excellents. Bref on recommande à 100%!!!

Hôtel très agréable avec piscine, vélos à disposition et accueil très soigné. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Loan et son équipe sont aux petits soins. Cours de cuisine possible, très bons massages et petit déjeuner et restaurant de qualités. Je recommande très fortement.
