We chose the room based on the picture shown and it wasn’t what we ended up with because we booked a King Deluxe Plus but the picture for that room showed a Jr Suite. We were very disappointed.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was very clean. The only downside was that there was only one out of two elevators working, so getting up and down was a bit long.

Loved the pool and hottub. Restaurant had really good food and service was friendly and quick. And the ****** was a great time. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going that way.

We asked for a room next to elevator due to walking ability and got one further, also elevator very far walk from ****** and check in location.
We paid $150 night only to find out everyone else there was paying $59 and we also have a players card just as they did.
Need to be more handicapped friendly, there is wheelchairs there but no scooters. Id go again if only paying what everyone else paying and now i know about how far rooms are id bring my scooter. Grounds and hotel are clean and great otherwise.
