Think twice about staying here in this contactless hotel. On arrival, we had a horrible time “ at self-check in” at a panel mounted on a wall next to the garage. The self-check-in completed on the second try without issuing a room card. After calling the phone number for help, somebody off-site, explained how to get a replacement key card from the machine. From then on, it continued downhill. When we located our room, there were just two bath towels and one soap. Again, we called the number, the distant agent told us to go back down to the ground floor and look for a particular room, without providing an exact description of where to find it, supposedly unlocked and stocked with towels. After another phone call we found the room but it didn’t contain more than one hand towel. At that point we asked for our funds to be returned, as the hotel service is unacceptably poor. We were told on the final phone-call that we could not get a refund for the two nights, but are free to leave, and simply relinquish the funds to them, but no refund. We couldn’t find any soap until the second day, so the shower soap bottle has to be volleyed back and forth to the main sink. The place smells of chemicals likely from cheap quality flooring and furnishings and was still fairly dirty. . A small room with vending machines and dirty tables functions as the “bistro”, again, unmanned. Had the description of this “brand” made it clear that there is absolutely no help, nor manager on-site, and no service, we would never have come in the first place, and it isn’t cheap.
