The hotel was enjoyable. Room was spacey. Recreational facilities good. Best however, was the service: especially the Manager Miss 郜秀珍 was really well taking care of us.

This hotel is excellent, it is far more value for money than the nearby Shangri-la. The rooms are larger and nicer and the staff are exceptional. This hotel surpassed my expectations.

基本當地有開元名都的酒店都會優先考慮入住，
呼市的這家應該有一定年頭了，但服務態度還是
保持了這個品牌的水準，早餐一如既往，品種豐富，
特別是李玉蘭服務員知道我們中午要搭機離開，準備了一份簡餐路上吃，服務熱情周到，點贊。

雖然酒店開店時間比較久了，但房間內設施維護比較好，不覺得舊，也沒有陳舊的味道。早餐豐富，品種很多，最喜歡羊肉大葱燒麥和羊雜湯。酒店位置佳，去大召寺、席力圖召、綏遠將軍衙署、金剛舍利寶塔等景點都是10分鐘車程，打車10元左右。不足之處，就是床墊太差，可能床墊用的時間太久了，床墊中間已經塌了下去，睡不舒服，應該是時候更換了。

這麼多年，來呼市，幾乎入住過所有的星級酒店。每次來呼市，一直都在選擇中。
現在，衹要來呼市，想到的酒店衹有開元名都大酒店，因為服務人員的態度，延續了一貫好的作風。感謝前台高磊的周到細緻。
