Everything was excellent. I really liked the service, corporate culture and attitude of this hotel. All the employees treated us with warmth and respect as if they were family members and helped us in everything. It is recommended that Mongolians choose this hotel especially if they are going to stay in Hoh hot.

A modern hotel with very attentive service and nice dining facilities, the only shortcoming is that the windows faces the highway, so there is some noise at night (better to ask for earplugs), for the rest - no complaints, good value for money.

The hotel staff are very professional and helpful. they provide amazing service. the room was clean and very well maintained. the breakfast was a nice mix of lamb and other regional dishes. they have a ton of included services. I would stay again for sure.

設施：設施很棒，整體設施都很棒，非常好，床墊也很舒服，很軟，還送了果盤。距離公主福很近，好多站也很近，距離三亞老街也不遠，15分鐘以內車程。
衞生：衞生也很好，沒有異味酒店大廳很香
環境：環境整體不錯，但是靠近立交橋，開窗有點吵。訂的房38平米比我想象中的小。
服務：最棒的就是服務了，服務是酒店裡麪最好的
接送機服務:很棒很好，非常棒

真的非常好，早餐很棒，續住了一天一共住了3天，環境優雅衞生。酒店用品不廉價。前台迎賓小姐姐，温柔，大方，漂亮。所有員工非常禮貌。水，飲料供應充足，每天還有小食，第三天續住還温馨的送了水果。唯一一點細節的地方，房間內淋浴冷熱標識和實際相反，建議正確的貼一個紅藍點蓋住原先錯誤的標識，瑕不掩瑜，都是滿分吧，希望下次我還住這個房間時能改掉。

一切都非常完美 抵達機場專車接機 房間內小食飲料隨便吃 早餐精緻 下午茶豐盛到都可以當晚餐吃了 服務完全沒話說 下次還要再來
