Super recommended hotel in Hoi An! all staff so friendly and helpfull. Location is very good, walking distance to many attractive place. Food was amazing. Most important the hotel super clean Not forget to mention the staffs name Hana and Sol, they very nice and kind! Will be back here for sure!

Thank you for the enthusiastic greeting from Hana Antoni and Sol, I'm very impressed by the services provided by the hotel. And I also enjoy staying here for vacation next time. The swimming pool is awesome and the room is well decorated with Vietnamese styles I especially like the lanterns.

Home for me for 5 nights. Amazing staff who will do anything for you. Buffet breakfast is a great start to your day & their enclosed pool area is good for cooling off when returning to the hotel. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a place close to the town but out of the noise of a night. Air con is cold, rooms are very clean, staff are amazing there is nothing to fault with a stay here 10/10

Exceptional accommodation - rooms are cool, clean and very comfortable Fantastic location right near Old Town and the river. Inside-outside pool to refresh in Extremely efficient + friendly smiling staff who provide excellent recommendations for a wide variety of touring options - and with no pressure. You are made feel like their most important guest 10/10 and definitely recommend. Do not go past this hotel.

Stumbled upon this hotel during our family trip. The hotel is freshly opened just last month (May 1st, 2024) if I’m not mistaken. All the staff were super nice! We were so worried bringing our 16 month daughter on her first vacation abroad, but the staff Vito, Suri, Naree, and Andrew were super super helpful. Everyone loved kids and helped with any little thing we need to make our trip as comfortable as possible. The food was also very good and clean, definitely nothing to worry about at this hotel. The pool is also kid friendly and indoor, a great amenity for such hot weather. 10/10 recommend.

The service is really good, hotel location is near the city centre so it is really easy to get there, affordable price with good quality room. The staff in the hotel like ms Quyen, Huong and Thao is really friendly and really happy to help customers to answer every question.

Very beautiful yet cozy hotel. They just renovated and reopened a month ago. The staff are friendly and helpful. Andrew is very knowledgeable with local hot spots. Vivi, Bee, Roy, Hanna, and Sol are very polite and helpful. Delicious breakfast is also included. We will definitely come back to spend more time here.

Little residence 이 호텔은 정말 좋아요! 올드타운 근처에 있어서 관광하기에 딱이에요. 방도 깨끗하고 편안했어요. 직원들도 정말 친절했는데, 특히 Vivi랑 Tracy가 아주 친절했어요. Hana는 한국어를 정말 잘해서 소통이 편했어요. 아침 식사도 맛있고 다양해서 좋았어요. 호텔에서 안방 비치까지 셔틀버스도 있고, 자전거도 무료로 빌릴 수 있어서 편리했어요. 다시 오고 싶은 호텔이에요. 강추합니다!!!!!! Best hotel in HoiAn with good service, extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!!

A hidden gem. Travelled as a family of four, with two young kids. The hotel itself was a surprise - beautifully decorated, spacious with attentive staff. It could have been closer but the charm was that it was that bit further away so you got peace and quiet. Had our girls been older, we would have made use of the bicycles on offer. My husband went to the tailor that was recommended and he got a really well made suit of great quality. One night it was raining and the staff made sure we didn’t leave without umbrellas which was a saving grace as it proceeded to rain continuously. Would highly recommend!
