사장님하고 오전에 일하는 여직원분은 친절한데 시설이 다소 많이 부족했어요 조식은 손님이 우리밖에 없다고 부페는 못한다며 쌀국수 또는 반미중에 하나 선택 하라는게 많이 실망스러웠습니다

We stayed with the family and enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and arranged the transport within the city and to the airport. Rooms were clean and maintained. All the places are accessible from this hotel and nearby. If you are visiting Vietnam, Hoi An is a really good place to explore.

An sich ist es ein schönes Hotel. Es ist modern, das Personal ist stets bemüht. Offensichtlich ein Familienbetrieb. Das Englisch ist mäßig, aber man kommt zurecht. Leider bekamen wir zuallererst das Zimmer 204, welches eine Fehlkonstruktion im Bad aufweist. Es hat Schimmel, über all Stockflecken und es riecht modrig.. ohne Fenster auf und Klima geht nichts.. Wir haben nach dieser schrecklichen Nacht um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten und es wurde auch ohne wenn und aber durchgeführt. Das Problem an der ganzen Sache ist, dass es wohl bekannt ist und nicht geändert. Das neue Zimmer war einwandfrei. Ich denke das viele Zimmer in Ordnung sind, dass von 204 muss aber dringend renoviert werden. Das Frühstück ist frisch, man kann sich kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und es hat einen schönen Pool. 2km von der Altstadt entfernt, mit Grab auch kein Problem hinzukommen für ca 30k. Alles in allem trotzdem ein schönes Hotel, wo man übernachten kann, wenn man nicht die 204 bekommt und ich hoffe sehr, das andere Zimmer nicht auch betroffen sind :) ansonsten ist das Hotel kooperativ und dem freundlich gegenüber, dass man das Zimmer ohne groß trara wechseln kann.
