Eco Lux Riverside Hotel & Spa

This hotel has really everything you need. We were only supposed to stay for two days, but we extended it to five days because we were so comfortable and felt so good being taken care of. The staff helped us with everything we needed at all time. Always with a kind and sincere smile. breakfast was perfect so much to choose from! My wife have a bad knee injury and walk on crutches, but they did everything so easy for her and it was really comfortable for both of us. Every day when we came back from our adventures and tours to Eco lux Riverside hotel it really felt like we came "home". Everywhere in the hotel it was clean and nice with a perfectly luxurious atmosphere and this to a very good price. It was also wonderful to be in a beautiful and calm place so close to town. We loved the feeling that everybody just wanted to take care of you. It was a perfect experience and we will surely come back!

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful and very clean and spacious hotel. Lily was so warm and made us feel so welcome. She was always there with a welcoming smile during our stay, ready to help us out with anything we needed (including clicking some photos for us too!). The breakfast was delicious too, and the views from our river facing balcony room was outstanding. Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful hotel right next to the rice field,very quite and romantic. Receptionist very warm and friendly. Location not too far from Hoi An ancient town around 1.5km. They also have free bicycles and motorbike for rent,it's very safe for drive in Hoi An.

I've never left a hotel early before, but there's a first time for everything. This hotel is simply not as advertised. The photos used to advertise it are misrepresentative and I have no idea why it receives so many positive reviews (presumably because the owners are running it themselves and trying their best, but this is irrelevant if they cannot actually provide the service you have paid for). For what it's worth, a brief list of the issues we encountered (and see images): - nobody at reception upon arrival - dirty areas in the room - gym absolutely unusable (2 broken treadmills, rusty weights, filthy dirty room) - breakfast severely lacking in options (not like the images, but did have ants on the bread) - no furniture on our balcony (was told it was due to bad weather but others had theirs, said it would be put there next day, it wasn't) - safe didn't unlock, alarm went off (on second time of asking was handed an actual master key to fix it ourselves) When we decided to leave early (2 nights into a 5-night stay), we paid in full. It was our decision to leave early. The owner then proceeded to mark us a "No Show" meaning that a) Booking would then charge us for the payment in full, and b) not credit us for having stayed at the property. (2 months later this still hasn't been resolved). To add to the facade, the owner didn't provide a receipt when we left and paid in full (another broken machine, apparently). We had to chase this after to prove we had paid in full and in order to avoid being charged twice for the property wrongly marking us as a no show. In all, this is not a place to stay, there are far, far nicer properties in Hoi An (more centrally located). Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Hotel was good not too far from downtown around 2 Kilometer. They had a bicycle for guest. But if you want to take grab it not expensive around 30.000-40.000 VND, Breakfast was good. They had a airport transfer it quite cheaper than Grab.

The staff and services offered were absolutely delightful. Everything about the hotel from location to the size of the room, makes me want to return. I only wish the pool's filter and jets were working so we could have gone for a swim.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Everything is so perfect here, the service, the team is ready to assist us. They all are very polite, smiling and willing to help . Feeling home here! Highly recommended! The surrounding is lovely, the views from the windows a fabulous. You must try it!

Đến khách sạn một bà già không mấy vui vẻ ra đón và đưa 1 thẻ mở của cho phòng gia đình. Khách ận 4 sao nhưng tự di chuyển hành lý. Hành lú không nhiều mọi thành viên có thể tự mang đi. Nhưng nếu là thu tiền 4 sao thì tôi nghĩ sẽ có sự đón tiếp khác hơn. Sau đó chúng tôi đi chơi đến đêm mới về dùng điều hoà thì phòng đôi family nhưng chỉ 1 điều hoà còn hoạt động. Thôi đành chịu đựng vậy vì muộn rồi. Ăn sáng thì tệ, bà già kia setup rất khôn lỏi. Có bể bơi nhưng trong nhà và lạnh ngắt sao tắm nổi? Quanh bể có ghế nhưng không thể dùng vì n*** cả khi ngồi ở sảnh lễ tân muỗi còn bu kín thì gần bể bơi sao chịu nổi muỗi?
