Overall, the accommodation was okay, pretty clean and the air con was good. The location however is over 30 mins walk from the ancient town and despite having free bikes to use, it felt quite a distance away from the main hub of Hoi An. There are many gekkos in the villa due to its large open windows and multiple plants that seem to draw them in. If like us, you are not used to seeing reptiles then I would recommend staying elsewhere. The host did offer to move half our group to a different room which was helpful but he did not really try to remove the gekkos.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, so so modern and clean. The people who work here are extremely accommodating and friendly. Anything we needed during our stay, they were able to advise us and make any necessary arrangements. The rooms are an amazing size, with a very comfy queen bed. Bathrooms are modern and clean also. The only downside to the room was the air conditioning, it did not seem powerful at all and the room temperature was not much different to outside at times. The pool is great also, very clean and modern.
