I have booked 3 Superior Double bedded Room through Agoda company with full amount deposited in advance, Check in date 25/10/23, Check out date 27/10/23 Booking Reference No.1003871441 for 6 Adults, we reached the hotel by 22:00 hrs, on check in time i submitted the booking confirmation receipt, they clearly denied to provide the room key and told us that we have not received any payment against the booking, which was shocking for us, then we immediately call Agoda helpline office they told told me that amount has been already paid, but the hotel could not any payment receipt, then we request the owner to provide the rooms and solve the dispute between Agoda and them as it was too late and we were tired, then the front desk manager told us to deposit the money again which we refused to pay, then they start drama that you have to deposit original passport for all the passengers, which was also denied by us, we told them to take Xerox copy or mobile photo of all the passport, then they told us ok we will provide the rooms and to be settled by next day morning otherwise you have to pay at hotel again, anyway we got the room keys and i started to contact once again to Agoda company to settled down all the issues, on the next day on 26/10/23 at the time of breakfast one of the staff came to us and told me that they have received the amount earlier through Xperia company on behalf of Agoda, it was really so pathetic for us. On the other side the hotel location is excellent with clean rooms and good breakfast. I personally request all the guest who book this hotel should take advance confirmation through e-mail to avoid harassments also keep in mind that late night no staff understand English either they speak English so its more disgusting. For Hotel, Room, Breakfast, Location and staff i give full marks, but for the hotel owen its big zero.
