房間跟櫃檯電話不能用，有問題得跑下樓處理，非常麻煩，房內燈源開關被床封住，無法使用，最後服務員來換了一間親子房，完全沒有景觀，花了錢不開心的住宿經驗。

Very good place and kind staff. Friendly atmosphere, best experienced so far during my stay in vietnam.... Happy to stay here. Recommend this place for you or your family's stay in HoiAn. It's very near to ancient city. They will guide to visit places and can make arrangements also. Spa experience was also good

We had a great 3 night stay at the Hoi An Rose Hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, our rooms were very clean and tidy, and the buffet breakfast was great quality. The outdoor pool was wonderful in the heatwave! Highly recommend, and would happily stay here again if we visit Hoi An again. Although the hotel wasn't situated really close to the town centre, it was still within walking distance (20mins), or a few minutes by taxi, but the upside was that it was a quiet location tucked away from the bustle and noise of busier main streets. A hidden gem!

I have stayed 3 nights in junior suit room with balcony and it was completely amazing!!!. i loved everything about this hotel. I had two times massage and the therapist was so friendly, smiling all the time . The staff including housekeeping, reception, breakfast preparation stuff and laundry stuff ... all of them were so so helpful, nice, kind, checking you every time and making sure that you are comfortable. I would like to congratulate the boss of this hotel, great job 👌🏻. My special thanks for Yen ( receptionist) Thank you so much . I strongly recommend this cute hotel!

This is a very Beautiful hotel, very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good too. Some nice restaurants close by and the walk to the old town is not too long. We would definitely come back here again next time.

It was a beautiful stay . The rooms are large and roomy and off course luxury with all 4 star amenities with swimming pool and spa . It was great stay . The staff is very humble and helpful and they speak English . Thank you Hanoi Rose Garden Hotel .
