Hotel is a bit old & needed a renovation, if you don’t have a car with you, you just got stuck in the hotel with nearby one petrol kiosk to get your drinking water, a McDonald's & a Danny to feed your tummy.
Shopping center that Aventura Mall needs to book a Uber, can be pricey at US$30 per way.

It was good hotel. Although I had booked a king size bed and they gave me a room with two full size. When I said something about it they said the hotel was booked and did not have any. And because it was a booking through a third party (*******) they gave what they had. I guess it doesn’t matter to them. At least I had a room. The light in bathroom kept flickering. Other than that it was good. Clean, nice, safe. Good parking. Everything was good

The hotel is very clean, quiet, the staff are amazing especially the Shuttle driver who pick me up around 3:30 pm on 2/26/24.

I went down to Fort Lauderdale with 3 friends for a golf trip. The hotel was easy to get to and easy on/off freeway. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly especially one of their managers Erick. He went out of his way to make our stay extremely enjoyable. He pointed out several great places to eat and to go out each night of our trip. We saw him every day, helping all the staff with a variety of things around the property aside from his "normal" duties.
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable...and the AC really worked well.

The property is in a good location with a place to eat, a gas station and an excellent coffee shop right beside it. The property itself is in good shape with nice updates to it. Upon check-in at 3 o’clock the room was not ready and we were told we would have to wait for 5-10 minutes and it would be ready and we could have a seat they would get right back to us. After 30 minutes of waiting I approached the counter and of course the room was ready and nobody decided to let us know. Then the room key machine was not working so we had to be escorted to our room and if we wanted to step out we had to notify the front desk to be let back into our room until after 9 when we finally received our room keys.

Understaffed.
Hotel shuttle was difficult to get from airport and passed us at designated pick up area. We had a wheelchair too!! Had to Uber back to the hotel. No apology or offer to discount stay due to broken toilet seat.
Front desk does not asnwer phone at night. Restaurant closed on Sundays.
Most guests seemed frustrated by long waits at front desk.
