Unfortunately when I got there I had to have my room changed because no one dusted any of the fixtures in a long time. When I got to my new room it was pretty much the same thing but I saw someone from housecleaning I. The hall and she came over and cleaned the fixtures on my room. That is the only issue I had with the room. Housecleaning turned down my room for me everyday, which I loved. The front desk and the staff in the lobby were great. I wish I could remember the 2 ladies at the desk that helped me with my room because they were amazing. The gentleman that worked in the lobby said hello to me everytime he saw me. Such a fine gentleman. The 2 young ladies working by the pool towel were ababsolutely the best. They need a raise. They bartender from Queens NY that worked at the Landshark was the best bartender in the whole place. Very personable, great personality, always smiling, and remembered my drink after meeting me only once. My friends were very impressed, they thought I was a regular there. Lol The restaurants in and around Margaritaville were good and we enjoyed just about every place we ate at. I can't wait to go back there. There were so many more things I wanted to do in and around the hotel. I hope the cleaning situation gets better. They need to add some cold water to the pool because it was way to warm to cool you off. I enjoyed myself and so did my friends. We will definitely be back soon with more friends.

It was all we expected and more! The people we so friendly weather was enjoyable and music and night life scene were the icing on the cake! Will definitely plan a second trip soon.

Fun place with convenience to broadwallk. Paid for a view that wasn’t worth it. Should have asked to be moved to a better room. Also had a broken balcony door that wasn’t fixed until the next day.

Rooms are expensive.
Food in restaurants is average.
Must like to be around alot of people and loud music on the broadwalk and beach.

Everything on the property was nice. The only thing we didn’t like or expect were extra costs at checkout. We expected the resort fees but not the resort fee public use fee, resort fee state tax, resort fee occupancy tax, self parking fee, and the room public user fee. It ends up being about another $100 per night on top of the $600 per night that we already paid.

Overall, it was nice. We did have issues with the bathroom. Sink stoppers didn’t work, hot water was hit or miss. The ceiling fan stopped working as well. Could do better with maintenance for the price. Noise at night was also tough. The views were fantastic, the location was amazing. Dining options and poolside service were top notch.

All water to our room was unexpectedly shut off one evening. This was obviously very inconvenient. We were offered bottled water but this was of no use for washing etc. Water returned later that night but was dirty, disgusting brown and stained the sink. It improved by morning but we were not comfortable using it. No explanation was given. This was a very expensive room and our experience was not good.

Margaritaville was excellent, from the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms, fitness center, and entire place, to the security.
Only drawback was ALL the food and ALL the drinks were ridiculously expensive. We spent a lot of money just to be there, and then have it be so much more for the food and drinks was crazy. They also then charged a $42 DAILY resort fee! They should make the whole place an all inclusive and just charge more upfront. It’s a great place but we won’t go back.
