Property is very old and run-down, needs lots of updating. Found two pieces of long hair on bed, made us wonder if they even bothered to change the sheets. Will NEVER stay here again.

The shuttle driver from the airport was the absolute best, check in was fine and the room was adequate for the 1 night before our cruise. Website said the hotel provided cruise port transportation but it is an extra fee with a separate company.

Paying was a hassle since they deactivated the magnetic swipe on the payment machine, and it was difficult to pay with debit cards that do not have chip. If they accept Visa cards, they should not refuse visa debit cards. I tried to prepay with *******, but there was no option to do that either.

This should be a motel. It was a last minute booking. Looked at the picture and I confirmed it. Left the room after two hours. Could not take it anymore.

This place is the worse it’s more like a pay by monthly weekly crack heads on property we had a lot of issues with the room and they refused for us to talk to management the shower was sink in that when my fiancé was getting out he hit his feet so bad it’s swollen he almost slipped in the shower not that we was going to go in pool it look so dirty false advertisement on photos

My advise on this location: stay away from it!
It was not a clean room, the floor was sticky and the overall room was filthy! The toilet was not even bolted to the floor!

The room had a half-used bar of soap and used shampoo in the shower area. There was a used cup on the dresser. The whole room smelled like mildew/smoke. The check in area was very uncomfortable with random people coming in (that were not guests there) bothering us. All around terrible experience.
