„I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of the year (New Year’s trip) and spent a total of 4 very comfortable nights. Overall, it was an amazing and pleasant stay. The location was perfect, and the amenities and facilities were excellent. The room and common areas were clean, well-equipped, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I honestly had no complaints about comfort or convenience during my stay. However, one thing I hope will be improved in the future is that the check-in instruction email did not arrive at the scheduled time, and I hadn’t received it even when the check-in time came. A smoother communication process would make the experience even better and more reassuring for guests. That said, this trip turned out to be wonderful and extremely comfortable, thanks to the great environment the hotel provided. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

„Very nice accommodation with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. Communication was quick and straightforward; we were able to spontaneously extend our stay by one night and remain in the same room without any issues. Besides a fridge, kitchen, and a washer-dryer, the accommodation even provided free water bottles, which was a thoughtful and practical touch. The room was clean and modern, making you feel very comfortable. The shower with massage jets was also very pleasant after a long day. The bed is sufficient for two people, but could be bigger. We had to push it against the wall because the mattress quickly gave way at the edge, and you'd easily fall out otherwise. The location is convenient but not exactly central. The good 10-minute walk to the subway and then a 25-35 minute ride to the center (depending on the destination) was uncomplicated but, of course, took time.”

„Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!”

„Pros: The hotel is in a good location, within a five-minute walk of the Toronto CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The room is quite large, and it is not a problem for two adults and two children to stay. You can buy some food and cook. The equipment is complete. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a large 24-hour supermarket on the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Cons: Full self-service check-in, no cleaning. You have to wash your own towels and take out the trash yourself. Overall, it is worth staying”

I stayed here with two of my teen boys. Absolutely perfect! Location, cleanliness, amenities - if I could give 10 stars, I would! It’s walking distance from Ripley’s Aquarium, Roger’s Centre, CN Tower, Union Station and so much more! The host is great! Very clear instructions on check in and very prompt with communication. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, fresh linen, very clean overall. The neighbourhood is friendly and complete with a lovely restaurant only meters away. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back! :)

Really enjoyed my stay here! Extremely good value - good location, super friendly owners, very low noise, private room (with key to lock it too!), own heater/fan so can control your room heat, and even access to a shared kitchen if you want to cook during your stay! Only thing is the entire household speaks Chinese so they use translators or gestures to communicate to you if you only speak English. However, host Jason speaks perfect English so there is always a safety in case you need anything. Additionally, they give you free instant noodles, fruits, and water during your stay so you don't have to worry about going hungry here! Free coffee, tea, rice porridge too as long as you can make it. Surprisingly there's a meal menu as well and the prices are extremely reasonable, $2 for rice porridge in the morning, $8 for a homemade tomato egg soup, both were really good! The location is good - right next to Queen Street so you have direct tram access, but it's on a side street so no noise, easy parking, no wind, etc. The room itself is large, clean, and spacious. Very little noise which meant really good sleep quality. Shared bathroom but it's unused 90% of the time, so no issues there either. For utilities: the WiFi was fast, tap water and showers were hot, microwave, toaster, and water kettle all provided, and they even offered free butter for my toast! Overall great stay and I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Toronto!

The apartment is in an excellent location with a truly breathtaking night view! The surrounding area has everything you need, and it’s only about an 8-minute walk to Shoppers and the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The only small note is that guests may want to bring their own slippers. The host was absolutely wonderful—providing clear, detailed check-in instructions and offering warm, thoughtful reminders and assistance both before and during my stay. On my departure day, I needed a little extra time after the 12 p.m. check-out, and I’m deeply grateful to the host for kindly allowing me the time to pack and get ready without any rush. Overall, this was a perfect stay from start to finish. I would be delighted to return here on my next visit and will happily recommend it to friends and family!

Comfortable and quiet. Late check-in was no problem with good communication from host. I unfortunately arrived late and left early and didn’t get a chance to speak with anyone! (Oh well maybe next time.) Plenty of on street parking, good residential neighborhood close to York area as indicated. I would stay again. Don’t expect a 5 star experience and you won’t be disappointed. Perfect for my needs.

Toronto Hotel & Suites is a decent mid-range hotel with a good location. Rooms are comfortable, staff are friendly, and WiFi works well. Cleanliness could be better and breakfast is limited, but overall it’s a satisfactory stay for short trips.

The hotel is well located and very clean, which is appreciated. However, I had a bad experience during my stay. At 4:20 AM, some suspicious people knocked on my door, waking me up. I also heard them knocking on other doors in the hallway. It was disturbing and ruined part of my experience. A shame, because the hotel has potential...

Ładne i czyste pokoje, ale spartan, ale świetne dla szybkiego miejsca do snajpera na noc orntwonif odwiedzasz. Pracownicy byli bardzo pomocni albo bardzo późno się zameldowali, więc bardzo to doceniłem. Ma również miejsce parkingowe, jeśli chcesz. (~15 dolców)
