Our beautiful cottage is almost 100 years old! We love it because it is new meets old from the floors on up! We love our up-and-coming neighborhood and watching Waco come back to life! We are 3-4 blocks to Magnolia and just a half mile from Baylor. We are 2-3 blocks from lots of restaurants. We have private parking and a security system if needed.
