Superb! That’s the only thing I can think to say about this hotel. Perfect staycation. The modern looking this hotel can stand next to the Langham in Chicago.

The room was mostly clean but there wasn’t any water like there was supposed to be, the toiletries were almost empty, the Kleenex was almost empty and didn’t get replaced. We only had our room serviced once and it was skipped even though we’d removed the do not disturb before leaving for the day. We’d had a long day at a family funeral and came back to an unclean room and were disappointed. We spoke with some locals who’d mentioned some turnover in the restaurant and it seemed the hours and service were different from our last stay, which was only 3 months ago. When checking out there were no questions as to how our stay was, or request for feedback.
The location is good, however.

The hotel is very cozy. We only stayed for a brief few days, it was very quiet, which made it easy to sleep thankfully. Breakfast was great, room was comfortable, staff were friendly. No complaints. Would go again

Absolutely love the classy and lavish decor among the surrounding small town feel. Super friendly hotel staff and great food as well as convenient location to transit and shops.
