フロントの人の対応が本当に良かった。小さい村のホテルって感じで立地は空港に近くて歩いて行けるよと教えてくれた。

El hotel para pasar el fin de semana en Hondarribia, estaba bien situada, cerca del aeropuerto para llegar a éste andando. Y desde allí, pues hay que dar un paseo por el paseo marítimo para llegar a la zona de la Marina, donde se puede tomar pintxos. Y luego, dando un paseo hacia la Puerta de Santa María, y entrar en lo viejo o coger el ascensor y subir al casco viejo, muy bonito.
La atención del personal de 10.
Y luego, la vuelta, el avión salía pronto, llegué de maravilla, apenas tardé 10 minutos..

Room was good and comfortable. Staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. We appreciated they stored our bags because we arrived before our check-in time. It gave us time to explore the area. When our room got too warm, they changed the temperature for us immediately. The hotel is pretty close to the airport, but it rained during our check-out and the reception was very kind to call us a taxi. I would stay here again.

We had planned to stay at the Parador, but it was fully booked, so we stayed here for 8 nights instead. Despite its four star rating, Hotel Rio Bidasoa was about half the price - so our expectations were not great. The hotel is well located with a convenient car park, and the reception area is welcoming (as were the staff). Buffet breakfast was generally good, and the bedroom was spacious, well equipped and air-conditioned. My primary criticism is that the building is bland and characterless. Internal decor (particularly in the bedrooms) lacks warmth and colour - it feels spartan and utilitarian despite being very clean and well appointed (TV, Nespresso machine, fridge, safe etc). Also - be warned that the laminate flooring seems to amplify and transmit sounds between rooms - you could literally hear a pin drop!. Despite the negatives, this is a good hotel and it offers great value.

Stayed one night. Choose this property due to proximity to airport ~ 7 min drive. Very well kept hotel. Cute clean bar/lounge area that extends to patio. Parking on site limited but there is a parking lot around the corner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Bathroom little outdated but overall not an issue.

The entire staff was very helpful. They made sure everything went smoothly from checking in, breakfast, to holding bags on check out so I could enjoy town. Bonus was they made sure I didn’t forget my pants in room.

I had a great stay. Friendly staff. I would stay here again. 5-10 minute walk to see France on the other side of the river. Beautiful architecture in this area. Plus you can easily walk to the airport but I never heard a plane while I was there. Comfy bed and big shower. A
